The apartment exceeded my expectations. It has a full kitchen, separate bedroom, washing machine, two big patios. It was newbuilt and very clean. The pool is nearby. The host/owner was very helpful and friendly.
The only downside was that there was not yet a restaurant on site -- this is under construction and should open within a few months according to the owner.
The location is a bit outside jolly harbour. The walk along the road is 15 min but there can be traffic that makes it dangerous at night. The beaches are nearby but beware that they are only accessible via certain roads, some are private. Overall, these things weren't a problem for me but don't expect it to be right on the beach or in town.

Beautiful apartment spotless with great kitchen and even a washing machine which I used . Powerful hot shower . Great aircon .Lovely towels including ones for the pool . Even a bidet .lovely bougainvillea and tropical plants able to watch the hummingbirds from the porch . 8 min and 20 min walk to beautiful beaches . A bottle of water in the fridge was much appreciated as no local shop .
Lovely swimming pool but because of ongoing building of the property lots of noise from machinery whilst I was swimming . Because the supermarket is a 20 min walk , a welcome pack of essentials that could be preordered would be great . No facilities for drinking / eating at nearest beach or toilets apart from when the cruise ships come in… would have been good to know in advance , but it meant that the beach was virtually deserted .
Extortionate priced mediocre over salted grisly chicken curry at the nearest restaurant The Foxhouse - avoid . Miracles restaurant was great .
Having to take taxis at night to return to property after eating jolly harbour as dark unlit road for single female .
Location was good close to two restaurants within walking distance.

the accommodation was fantastic - we were not expecting such a big villa and particularly as we had to book something last minute as our flight was cancelled.
Would be good to have some basic provisions included in each room - adding more value:
milk, coffee tea/ sugar
bottle of wine / beer / water
fruit basket.
Well appointed self catering apartment located about a mile from Jolly Harbour or 5 minutes by car. Great access to Valley Church and Fryyes Beach - the former more visited by cruise passengers. Good restaurant (Fox’s) within easy walking distance. Comfortable bed, shower, good amenities to self catering in the apartment and TVs etc.
Unfortunate that some new development is taking place on and next to, site which isn’t visible in the photos of the accommodation. Didn’t disturb us as we only stayed one night but suspect it could have affected anyone staying longer or wanting to relax the pool.
Very nice modern apartments. The pool was clean and never busy. Check-in and -out was easy. The host was very friendly and helped arrange a taxi to the airport after my stay. There is a very nice restaurant (Fox House) close by that will give you 10% discount if you stay at Passion Village.
It is somewhat far from stores, restaurants, and things to do. If you want to go further then Valley Church Beach you need a car or transportation.

Location was lovely, Apartment was superb, Tiziana was great, really helpful and a lovely person. We did have a complaint re the construction noise but Tiziano immediately contacted the owners and we had compensation - we could not have asked for more Excellent response all resolved
The construction noise and view! but once we complained we got compensated so can not complain - perhaps might have been nice to have known about it before we arrived - but all good - Great response from owners and Tiziano - would stay again - and look forward to eating at the new Pool side restaurant one completed:)
The host was very friendly! He gave me a charger too. Very accommodative! The place is clean, comfortable and spacious.
Please for future add a hairdryer if you can, might be useful for some people.
