Amazing!
Pros:

We were upgraded to the apartment with view to the river, which a pleasant surprise and it was beautiful!
We requested for a breakfast with room service which was phenomenal, you won't be hungry believe me.
Beds were warm and comfortable.
Parking was accross the street and there was plenty of space when we arrived.
Staff were kind and helpful at all times.
We recommend this place to everyone and would come back!

Une belle étape un peu chère
Pros:

La gentillesse et l’attention de l’hôtesse qui en plus nous a servi exceptionnellement un dîner le dimanche soir, la cheminée du salon, le confort et le raffinement de la deco, le dîner et le petit déjeuner excellents

Cons:

La taille de la chambre et la salle de bain séparée de la chambre par une vitre. Le tarif est élevé mais est probablement dû à l’absence d’offre concurrente.

Pros:

Precioso hotelito com vistas al magnífico e imponente puente de Sobradelo. La atención, hospitalidad y amabilidad de Soraya fuera de lo común, nos hizo sentir como en casa. Todos los productos de muy buena calidad, se puede cenar y desayunar en el hotel. Los vinos, excelentes. Tiene jardín para tomar algo al fresquito de la noche con vistas al puente iluminado. Sitio 100% recomendable.

Bonito pero no lo recomiendo en invierno por su sistema de calefacción
Pros:

La ubicación, sin duda, es espectacular. Levantarse con esas vistas es precioso.

El apartamento está bien decorado y con bastantes utensilios, cama cómoda (aunque no muy grande para dos) y bien cuidado en general.

El personal es muy amable y cercano; aunque no los vimos, se comunicaron todo vía online. Muy amables.

Cons:

La calefacción es un aparato de aire que está en la entrada, sobre el sofá; apenas llega a la habitación y no llega para nada al baño. El baño estaba helado, lo que hacía la ducha o ir al servicio una experiencia muy desagradable. Sólo decir que, de esa experiencia, nos costipamos porque el cambio de temperatura entre una habitación y otra era considerable. Una pena que no inviertan más en la calefacción en todas las habitaciones, o al menos en una central.

Athmospheric - special place -amazing host
Pros:

A beautiful little apartment with a gorgeous terrace facing the river gorge. Extraordinary view. The apartment was fitted with anything i needed. Being christmas day the restaurant was closed but the host made sure i found a delicious dinner, Traditional food i suppose and really tasty. I wish i stayed longer but i had to move forward on my walk. i would definitely rebook. For a couple it would be an idyllic stop when visiting the region.

Pros:

Nos encantó el Hotel Boutique Pontevella, se nota que el principal objetivo del hotel es que tú estés mejor que en tu propia casa y lo han conseguido.
Trato excepcional de Soraya, cercano y profesional.
Tiene restaurante con reserva, es muy bueno. El desayuno es a la carta, variado y de calidad.
Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay here. Our host was very friendly, gracious and accommodating. She made sure that everything was in order. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast with every attention to detail.
