Pros:

This is a new hotel. It seemed like every detail was considered. For example, there was a water station by the elevator on the second floor. The room (king with pullout) was thoughtfully designed - spacious and comfortable for three adults. In 2026, I have traveled to Costa Rica, Portugal, Oklahoma, and Banff, but this is THE best hotel I have experienced.

Our stay overall was very good after getting by the booking site mishap
Pros:

Even though there was an issue with the booking due to the site, the receptionist took care of the situation and helped our family out

Cons:

The breakfast could’ve been a little bit better, waffles were undercooked, and pancakes were a little mushy

The motorized blinds did not function in my room, however I was only there for one night and was not an issue for me.

We enjoyed or reason for traveling and our stay was nice for the one night.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant. The room was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

The only issue we had was that there was a people staying at the hotel whom did not like us because of our skin color and they tried to make us uncomfortable. It's not the hotel's fault, it's what the world has become.

Pleasant stay Easter weekend - comfortable room and helpful staff
Pros:

Loved having full control over the A/C. Also loved the late night cocoa and tea in the lobby. Also, the water pressure in the shower was amazing!

Cons:

It is a little high priced, but the location is very convenient and the price is better than others in the area with better accommodations

Amazing
Pros:

The location was great for the show we went to see. Whole place was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best that a hotel I have stayed at.

Pros:

Room curtains were not working, we cannot open at all all 3 days, complained front desk,b they were rude, finally their manager on the last day deducted 30$ for whole stay.

Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and clean! The front desk assistants Sonia and Miranda are such amazing and are wonderful associates. They were kind, super friendly and helped me with all my needs. Because of their hospitality I will be staying there again and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the town of West Lafayette, Indiana. Thank you laides for a wonderful stay.
