Close To A lot Of Restaurants!
Pros:

My stay at HOTEL LiVEMAX BUDGET Nagoya Shinkansen-guchi was fine overall — nothing standout, but nothing terrible either.
The room was standard for Japan: small, compact, and functional. It had everything I needed for a short stay, but don’t expect much space or anything particularly memorable.
Service was also standard — polite and efficient, but very minimal interaction.
The location is the strongest point. It’s close to a lot of restaurants for both lunch and dinner, which made it easy to find food nearby. One thing to note is that depending on which exit you take from Nagoya Station, the walk can feel either short or surprisingly long, so that’s worth keeping in mind.
Overall, it’s a practical budget hotel if you mainly care about food options and being near the station, and you’re okay with a small, no-frills room.

Cons:

The initial walk to the hotel at night was a longer than expected because we exited the train station at the wrong spot; however, upon leaving, we were able to find the quickest entrance to the train station.

・清掃不備
洗面のアメニティに長い白髪がついていて、客室のドライヤーを入れてある籠の中にもケーブルに埋もれて髪の毛があった。デスクの下にはカップ麺か何かのプラスチックカップが残っていた。これに気づかないなんて、清掃後のチェックがされていないのでは？
・遮光スクリーンのみ
窓には遮光スクリーンがあるだけで、それを開けると外から丸見え。カーテンをつける気がないなら、せめて目の高さまで目隠しのシートを貼るなど外から見えない配慮が欲しかった。部屋が狭い上、遮光スクリーンを閉じっぱなししなければならず、圧迫感があって居心地が悪かった。

部屋が広くとても良い！設備も充実！！
掃除機、洗濯機、レンジ、キッチントイレ別、バス、本当に良かった!!

Cons:

外の音がめちゃくちゃ聞こえる！救急車パトカーの音、壁が薄いのか、隣の人のトイレの流す音。トイレを流すと、キッチンの排水口がポコポコなる。フロントめちゃくちゃ対応わるい。朝食はどこで食べれるのかもおしえてくれなかった。
チェックアウトの時も
ありがとう、いってらっしゃーい！もない。まあ。ドライな人には良いと思う。
太閤口に間違えて伺ったけど、そちらの外国人職員はめちゃくちゃ対応よかった。次回は、新幹線口ではなくって、太閤とうりにとまろうと思う

以這房價來說非常好，空間雖然小但很乾淨隔音也很好，房裡還有附微波爐很方便加熱，附近有超市與便利商店晚上要買東西都有得買性價比非常高。
