Pros:

Property was clean and relaxing. Very accommodating.

Cons:

Very small garbage bin, no garbage bag, no toilet paper and paper towels.

Cons:

The staff most especially Ate Maricel. She didn't show up. Sana maging maayos next time sa susunod pang visit. Medyo nakakalungkot lang sa part ni Ate Maricel nawa maimprove nya ang pag-aasikaso sa guests. Wala sya mismong araw ng check in and check out namin. Thanks!

The room was not the same in the photo. There are broken cabinets, and it looks like they didn't clean or sweep/vacuum the floor.

It was good but for 2 months stay to small room for 2person
Pros:

Serenity Azure is known in Pampanga. Manager cared for everything we needed. Not difficult to find. Small but lovely apartment. Good for one person.

Cons:

We found some small ants. Even it is on the 15th floor. Don‘t leave any food ouside the fridge. Wifi is not centralised in the whole building, even in the lobby. wifi is only for each apartment.

Pros:

Very good location. Good enough appliances. Only there two nights. Hosts are very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

Check-in could have been slightly better with the door code given earlier in the day / few more instructions. That's really it.
