No comments about the hotel.

Cons:

Oyo is total waste ( I want to be more harsh than this). If negative rating can be given l, will give that. Hotels should not connect to Oyo. Unnecessarily hotel's reputation is being damaged due to Oyo.

The hotel denied giving rooms as the confirmation has not reached the hotel.

Oyo called us previous day and confirmed that room will be provided for sure without any hassle. I had made half of the payment too. But the hotel manager said no such booking done and to call customer care.

Cust care took half an hour of my time to say that hotel manager is not reachable (convenient reply) and will shift the booking to some place which is 10 kms far from my destination. I have to roam around the city because someone dint do their job well.  How can booking.com or Oyo show as available when the entire hotel is full. I sent someone to check in the afternoon, else I would be standing on the road at midnight with kids and elders.
