Overall good stay, but breakfast service was an issue
Pros:

Disappointed with the breakfast service. Arrived a hour before service was to end and found empty coffee pots and zero food available.

Great stay in Newport in a new hotel.
Pros:

Super friendly staff in lobby, housekeeping and in roof top. Comfortable bed, good water pressure in shower, enough parking for a reasonable 15 USD/day. Roof top servers and bar staff friendly and great service.
Close to all Newport amenities, great for jogging around the river.

Cons:

Breakfast choices limited.

The location and amenities was not expected but very much appreciate.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. In walking distance from restaurants and bars. The patio and rooftop bar was totally expected. The view into the city was great. You can see into the Reds stadium. I will definitely stay there again.
