must be s sketchy area. We had to use a room key each time on the elevator.
Room floors were hard. The only rug was under the bed and around it on each side for a foot or two.

Pros:

Everything as far as cleanliness and welcoming was definitely exceptional even the breakfast was great

Cons:

The only complaint I have about the whole hotel stay is that once you are on the ground floor you don't know where to go it doesn't explain to you where you need to go

Perfect place to stay in Newport with modern decor, great outdoor gathering spots and friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location, modern rooms with very nice kitchenette. Staff were very nice and friendly. Perfect place to stay if you are seeing a show at the megacorp pavilion.

Cons:

One of the elevators was out of service but it was not a big deal, we did t have to wait very long for the other one.

Very clean and new looking. Nice sitting areas around the hotel outside the room.

Cons:

The blinking light on the fire alarm over the bed made it hard to sleep. The AC makes a loud clicking noise when it turns on or off, waking you up. Beds were ol, but the sheets kept coming off when I would roll over.

Very crowded but the food was good and drinks filled and cold. The only negative was on other guests and their lack of awareness and personal space

Trip to Kentucky
Pros:

Tha staff and location were fabulous.

Cons:

There was a wedding party there for one night and the hotel was booked solid and it was a bit noisy that night, but other than that everything was perfect.
