Location was great, short walk to Ladies beach or a Short spin to Centrum.

Cons:

Hotel was dated and in need of investment with certain areas in disrepair, not a 5☆ by any stretch of the imagine.
Food was of a poor standard and staff were abrupt and impolite at times.

Pros:

L’hôtel est complet et facile d’accès. Pour les francophones, Faden est disponible et à l’écoute.
Nous avions égaré la veste de notre bébé à notre arrivée ; elle a pris soin de la retrouver rapidement.
Une mention spéciale pour le responsable de la restauration et son équipe : le service est vraiment de qualité !
L’équipe de serveurs et serveuses est toujours souriante et disponible.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Cons:

Gros bémol concernant la literie : mon mari n’a pas dormi de la semaine, nous avions vraiment l’impression de nous enfoncer dans le matelas. C’est dommage, car le repos est un point essentiel en vacances.
À notre arrivée, le ménage n’était pas impeccable, mais cela s’est amélioré par la suite.

Gastvrij personeel, zeer gevarieerd buffet over de gehele dag, entertainment op professioneel niveau,ruime kamer, zeer fijne hamam en spa. De massages zijn een aanrader!

Cons:

Ons 2e verblijf dit seizoen. We merkten dat het seizoen ten einde loopt. Iedereen doet zijn uiterste best, maar vermoeidheid neemt toe. Klant blijft centraal staan, respect! De hygiene was iets minder op orde in onze kamer, maar het bed is fijn en schoon. Wij hadden een warm welkom oo de kamer, met fruit en wijn!

Pros:

The location was close to the strip and the beach. The spa was great - hamam and Balinese massage amazing. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Food was good, variety and some good grilled meats but not enough fresh fish variety.

Cons:

We didn't have water on the first day in the morning. Beds were comfortable and towels were changed daily but the rooms and the toilet weren't always cleaned well. There were repair works that made it noisy with only a short pause around 3pm. Our rooms were facing the kids playground which was very noisy all day round abd into the night.

Pros:

De locatie is gemakkelijk te bereiken met minibus. Onmiddellijk aan het strand gelegen. In de buurt waren er winkels, supermarkten en restaurants. Het eten was er lekker.
Mijn kamer was op de hoogste verdieping, ik had een mooi uitzicht en ervaarde niet veel last van het lawaai aan het zwembad.

Cons:

De ligstoelen aan het zwembad werden door andere gasten vòòr 8 uur al gereserveerd met een handdoek. Er werd zoveel gerookt aan het zwembad of op de terrassen/balkons, terwijl er ook veel kinderen aanwezig zijn. Ze zouden dat moeten verbieden voor de gezondheid van de gasten.

Recomand cu drag! Mi-a plăcut!
Pros:

Personalul super! Locația super! Curățenie maximă. Mâncare atât de multă ca nu poți mânca! Băutură la fel de multă . Orele de masă sunt aproape toată ziua. Dacă nu este la restaurant sunt la bar gustări tot timpul . Spectacole zilnic! O cină pe sejur la un restaurant cu specific ales de noi. Toate mi-au plăcut!
