The mattress was lumpy the sofa was ripped the soap stuck to the tile roach on floor in the hallway. There was no one to get help during breakfast. Waffles stuck to the waffle iron. Only the front desk. The coffee extremely strong tasted horrible no creamer options.

Parking lot not safe. Need money refunded😡
Cons:

My boyfriend and I planned a stay for a whole weekend. We got there Friday and later that night, his truck got broken in to in the parking lot!!! It damaged his locks so we felt unsafe staying there for the remainder of the trip. We understand y’all aren’t responsible for what’s done to vehicles so we left EARLY Saturday morning. I have had a back and forth issue with booking AND this hotel. For some reason, their manager is NEVER around?? I’m trying to get refunded for the other days I didn’t stay. It’s been almost a month that I’ve tried getting in contact with a manager, maybe more and you’re telling me a manager hasn’t shown up at all within that time??? Crazy.

Pros:

Cons:

AC wasn't clean. Shower spout wasn't working all the way.

Pros:

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Common areas of the hotel were not clean. The elevator was very dirty. Breakfast was not good.

Excelente ubicacion y servicio, ideal para familias
Pros:

Bien ubicado, el cuarto estaba perfecto y limpio, fue un viaje en familia, con bebé, no tengo quejas, el staff es muy amigable aunque mi inglés no era fluido, me atendieron y procuraron mi atencion a pesar de la barrera de idioma, pedi cocineta en la habitacion y estuvo muy bien, con todo lo necesario.

Cons:

El desayuno estuvo descente, me ahorro dinero y se entiende que es un servicio complementario, pero si me lo preguntan, el desayuno es no me gustó mucho, igual lo comí
