Cons:

Sooo tired to check in & out.. parking @ different building / lobby @ different building and the room also @ different building 😩
Lifts are really slow and scary coz vibrate and got eakk noise 😰
Lift always full of cleaning staff trolley especially when check out time.. I need to wait almost 40 minutes just to get down.. 😭

The large window leaked with the rain.
The handbasin leaked onto the floor during use.
Following communications with the hotel prior to arrival it was not stipulated that check in was no earlier than 3pm. I was asked about my arrival time and I notified the hotel that I was going to be there at lunch time. I was very disappointed with this lack of clarity. I had been up all night flying and was very tired.
I am a solo traveller and was given a room that opened into another room which had no locking mechanism. This I discovered at 9.21pm when someone in the other room opened my door.

Good value for bucks, comfy and clean room.
Pros:

Overall experience was good. Room is clean and comfortable, staffs very nice and very affordable, best value for bucks.

Cons:

But the location of parking, counter, to room is very complicated and confused at the first and second day, and parking card validated method not very ideal. Not adapt to it very easily there spent so much time just to find room and walks.

Good Stay over the clouds
Pros:

We love our stay. The room exceeded our expectation. Good front office service and good system where requests for extra pillow, iron can be made using qr code. Very convenient! Room is spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

The food is more expensive than foods in Genting complexs. Waiting for the lifts during checkout was horrible! We waited for 45 minutes and end up had to go down the stairs from level 18!

My suggestion is to implement staggered checkout period.

Best for value to stay despite the holidays
Pros:

Is very good stay and worth it, there are stores available (some until 2am) everywhere inside the town and residence, unit itself is considered hygienic, furnishings is not old

Cons:

The parking is crazy, there are about 6-7 storeys, but when at night, basically no parkings (not too sure other dates because I went during merdeka holidays) & the floor are confusing at first, because having link bridge between towers, for example 3rd floor of tower 3 connecting to 7th floor of tower 7 (car park location), and lobby somehow at ground floor of tower 2 😅
