Excellent stay near Xintiandi!
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to be helpful. You can’t beat the location! it's just a short walk to Xintiandi Square and the metro, making exploring Shanghai so easy. Highly recommend for both service and convenience!

Cons:

The only downside was a major issue with the laundry room. Since the laundry service is free, it is very popular, but unfortunately, someone previously used bleach in the machine. This ruined all the clothes I washed. I informed the reception at checkout; they were helpful and tried to find a solution, but the damage was already done. I advised them to check the machines immediately so it doesn't happen to other guests. It was a shame as it ruined my wardrobe, but I appreciate the staff's effort to help.

Pros:

Great stay in Xintiandi — steps from the metro and a wonderful local market for breakfast, plus the hotel breakfast itself was very good. The room isn’t huge, but larger and more modern than many Shanghai hotel rooms, so it worked well. This location is priced a bit higher compared to other Atour properties, but given the convenience and area. Would return.

Отличный отель, хорошая локация, шикарные номера, чисто и очень комфортно. Бесплатная стирка и сушка, что очень удобно если вы долго путешествуете. Есть небольшой спортзал.
Заселение быстрое, выезд еще быстрее))

Cons:

Очень очень медленный интернет, я бы сказал, что его вообще нет.
Однообразные завтраки, но в целом приемлемо.
Слышимость в номерах - последнюю ночь кто-то из соседей веселился, сложно было уснуть.
