Amazing hotel in Harbin, will stay here next time
Pros:

Amazing, large hotel right in the city centre. The rooms were fantastic, the rooms were very fancy and spacious, and clean. Lots of robots delivering customers food

Pros:

Расположение отеля отличное. В самм центре, 180 метрах от Софийского собора. Новый, современный отель с новшествами электроники.

Cons:

На сайте booking.com дана неверная информация по названию отеля, что создало трудности при заказе такси. Переводчик переводит его как отель "Руцзя Синьцзе". А также, что в номере находится кофемашина, холодильник, стиральная машина, микроволновка и тостер. На самом деле, всё перечисленное находилось на первом и подвальном помещениях отеля. Подача информации русским туристам. Мы только в последний день пребывания, узнали, что можем получать бесплатный кофе.

Nice, modern and clean Hotel in a central location.
Pros:

A clean, modern Hotel within 100m of the Sophia Church. Staff were helpful and eager to assist; and were very forgiving of my attitude involving a mix-up with our passports (my mistake entirely). If you like walking, the Hotel is within walking distance of many main attractions, including Stalin Park and Sun Island (walk across the frozen river).

Easy reach of shops, restaurants, Metro and anything else you may need.

Cons:

Lack of an Outside Window - apparently the type of room I booked does not have external windows (would have been nice to know at the time of booking).
The Lifts are insufficient for the size of the Hotel (3 x Hotels combined); the stairs were often the best option.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Warm room as very cold outside. Good to be able to open a window when piling on the layers for going out!!

Cons:

Not enough bread available for breakfast. Eggs not hot.

Hotel in una posizione centrale! Pulitissimo! Personale disponibile. Ho 36 anni e per adesso il miglior hotel della mia vita!! Stanza sempre calda! Cosa che per me è molto importante…getto della doccia molto potente!!!!

It is good place to stay when travelling to Harbin.
Pros:

I like the room, the location, the services, and the breakfast.

Cons:

We don't want the heat but no way to turn off the heater which is a bunch of heat panel.

Pros:

Все было хорошо в отеле. Замечаний нет кроме языкового барьера. Но это поправимо с современными гаджетами.

Cons:

Не знаю, может я ошибаюсь, но сейчас отель называется , HomeInn plus. Что вызвало затруднения поиска в сети у такси из аэропорта.

Pros:

The location is great, just a block and a half from Central Street and even closer to Saint Sofia Cathedral. Also walking distance to the Lantern Festival in Zhaolin Park and the Snow and Ice Carnival on the Songhua River. A cheap taxi ride to the main Ice and Snow Festival and Snow Sculpture Expo. Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops etc.
