The apartelle is conveniently located near the airport, and the staff are very accommodating and helpful.
Pros:

Too close from the airport

Cons:

The water supply in the toilet, as well as the floor tiles, are damaged. There are many cracks, which makes it very dangerous especially since I am a PWD and my ex-mother-in-law is already a senior citizen.

It's not for everyone, but if you're looking for just a place to sleep
Pros:

It's very close to the airport, probably 5-15 mins walk, and that's because we have 2 senior citizens with us
Toilet and shower were separated
There are several stores and stalls outside so eating outside is not a problem at all.
They offer free wifi, I didn't use it, but my other family members did

Cons:

We were placed in room 101, the cabinet inside is dirty and broken, there's bidet in the toilet but the water wasn't strong. We were 5 people, and the toilet sometimes clogs, but you just need to wait so you can flush it again.
TV connection was bad, though
Shower water wasn't strong, too, but it's usable. No heater, so expect cold water
