Location on the boardwalk and the beach

Cons:

The surface of the room was clean but we found a band-Aid on the floor dirt underneath the counter on the floor. That’s the top of the bed frames sand on the floor. I do understand it’s the older hotel, and I realize health is hard to get and they made the best of everything but for the price that we pay I felt that it should of been cleaner

Our deadbolt on the door was broken abs the floor was full of sand when we got there. We stay there often so we didn’t want to complain. :)

Relaxing stay. Lots of amenities.
Pros:

Loved the location, indoor waterpark, friendly staff. We needed to extend our stay by 1 night and the staff were very accommodating. I also want to say management was responsive to any/all concerns. Overall a great stay. We will be back for sure.

Cons:

Could have used more places to hang damp towels aside from the balcony and/or closet. For the size of the resort, multiple outdoor pools would be ideal, and more than 2 elevators. But these are not deal breakers. My family and I will be back.

Great location. Size of room was good.

Cons:

Rooms and hallways had an unfresh smell. Like old food. Bathroom was pretty dirty. Mold in sink and on the floor around the toilet. The shower head was clogged.
