Our stay was ok. I wish the room was cleaner.
Pros:

The size of the room was great. Love having a kitchen and living room. Also having two separate bedrooms is a big plus. The bathroom is very big. The location is great also.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bedrooms weren't the cleanest. One of the bedrooms had trash behind the nightstand. There were stains on the carpet.

Very close to the beach and boardwalk

Cons:

Room was outdated and areas like the bathroom , carpet , and couch were very worn down . Tv in the bedroom would not connect to internet or play anything .

The only good thing about my stay was the person I was with

Just the closeness to the beach and boardwalk that the resort offered two pools but only used one

They need to up date everything the tv service really was bad

Overall, great location to the boardwalk and beach.
Pros:

Location was great.
Staff at the indoor pool were friendly. The indoor pool with the slides was a daily highlight to visit.
Adam's Restaurant located on the lobby level had excellent food and service.

Cons:

Elevators were slow, not reliable.
Front desk clerks were not friendly.
The clerks didn't even look up when you entered the lobby, no greeting and would not say a word unless you approached them first.
Housekeeping only provided towels and replaced the liners in the trash can. The room was not actually cleaned and the beds were not made during our 5 day stay.

Some of the staff were nice. Some were not. The location was great.

Cons:

The room was disappointing. Trim was missing in the bathroom, and there was no towel rack or anywhere to hang clothes or towels—meaning we had to put them on the floor. The toilet had an oval bowl with a round lid, which was unpleasant. The trim between the tile and carpet was missing, leaving exposed carpet tacks that we stepped on multiple times. The fridge was empty but had black hairs in the drawers—gross.
The indoor water park sounded fun, but there were long hairs all over the floors and big clumps of hair by the pool. It made me uncomfortable enough to pull my kids out. The outdoor pool was small for such a large hotel. Staff interactions were inconsistent—some friendly, others clearly uninterested.

If the visible areas are this neglected, I can only imagine the cleanliness behind the scenes. Absolutely never again—I will not be booking here in the future.

ac was broken first day. Room service never serviced our room despite calling and asking for towels at least. We had to go find our own towels. One key card was never turned on causing us being locked out. Staff was very unfriendly and unaware of people around them, didn’t seem to have any hospitality training. The hallways were hot/very humid and smelled heavily of chlorine. It was a place to sleep and even that was less than satisfactory

Everything was outdated very old very filthy and dirty mattresses very very old everything has not been changed in over 20 years everything was very dirty from the elevator to the floors to the windows to the appliances very disgusting

Cons:

The hotel was extremely dirty . The pool was very dirty and made you feel slimy when you got out. Also smelled very bad. Over priced and not worth ur the money
