A hotel which doesn’t quite deliver on its promises.
Pros:

Its location was close to the conference I was attending. Luqman in Reception was very helpful and went over and above the call of duty to assist me when I had difficulties at the Hotel

Cons:

The Hotel can perhaps pay more attention to cleaning the room and replenishing supplies.

Just perfect
Pros:

Perfect location (right across big food garden and UNESCO World Heritage Site “the Blue Mansion”,many tourist attractions within walking distance) friendly staff, big and comfortable room.

Fantastic Staff Members 😄. Keep up the good work guys.

Cons:

I'm staying here for the 5th time. This time my friends n myself stayed in 408, 407 & 406. 406 toilets was not clean at all. We found bed bugs on the bed. Guys please buckle up.
