Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price.
During Passover, the rates include half-board. Seven days before arrival the hotel will charge the full amount of the stay using the credit card provided. In case of late cancelation or no-show, the credit card will be refunded with the full amount after deducting the one-night cancelation fee.
A deposit may be required at the property.

המתנה לפקק לאמבטיה. כמעט שעה בערב במקום שיהיה לנו מראש בחדר כששמנו דגש שאנחנו חייבים אמבטיה.

Notre séjour était absolument excellent, l’hôtel était juste au top du début à la fin. Le service est incroyable, les chambres super propres et confortables, et l’emplacement était idéal .
C'est un établissement parfait pour le public religieux : l'ambiance pour Shabbat est magnifique et les horaires séparés hommes/femmes pour la piscine et la salle de sport sont très bien organisés.
L'animation est super bien organisée avec un programme toute la journée : il y a des activités pour les enfants et d'autres à faire en famille, comme des films ou des grands jeux le soir.
Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable : la réception est toujours dispo pour le moindre conseil et il y a même un conseiller touristique sur place pour vous aider à planifier vos itinéraires. Le vrai plus : l'hôtel met à disposition une "Hasa'ah" (une petite navette) gratuite pour faire des allers-retours à la station de bus la plus proche .
Tout était simplement parfait, je recommande vivement et on reviendra, c’est sûr !

רצפה ממש שחורה,לא נעימה לעין .
במחיר של 1200 שקל ללילה הייתי מצפה ליותר.

Very good location near the Galili Lake & Tiberias
The room and facilities were clean. Staff was most helpful. The dinner buffet was a rich assortment of choices.
Unfortunately, our schedule did not allow us a visit to the pool.
The experience was a little pricier than I normally like to play for a room>
