Nuestra estancia en general fue muy agradable y estuvo todo perfecto. El trato del personal fue excelente, en especial de Javokhir que nos ayudó en algunas cuestiones que necesitamos. Muy recomendable

The place I love going back to after a full day enjoying the city or working at a conference

First of all Royal Sebzor is all about the people: those who operate it and their guests. Your stay starts with a heartfelt handshake of the security guy, a welcome smile of the people at the reception and then the comfort stretches with a great breakfast and the magic faroese who take care of your room. It all comes so natural, just the way it’s written in the books on how to best operate a hotel

Вежливый и внимательный персонал. Интерьер номера, отсутствие городского шума при открытом окне, чистота ванной комнаты. При раннем выезде собрали завтрак с собой.

Cons:

Не критично, но один раз поздно ночью пропал интернет по wi-fi

Очень доброжелательный персонал. Встретили рано утром (мы прилетели в 5 утра), быстро и без проблем заселили. Номера очень чистые, уборка каждый день. Все необходимое в номере есть. Местоположение идеальное для того, чтобы посмотреть все основные достопримечательности: рынок Чорсу, телебашня, центр плова. В день отъезда у нас был самолет в 6 вечера, так нам согласовали выезд в 3 часа абсолютно бесплатно 😌 завтраки очень вкусные (мини самса просто топ)

С самого начала нас встретила приятная атмосфера и внимательное отношение персонала.
Отдельно хочется отметить прекрасный завтрак — всё было очень вкусно, свежо и разнообразно.
Также хочется поблагодарить сотрудников за их доброжелательность и отзывчивость.
Особенно хотелось бы выделить:
Ресепшен — Бахрам: очень приветливый, вежливый и всегда готов помочь. Быстро решал любые вопросы и создавал ощущение, что гостям здесь действительно рады.

Охрана — Нурали: добрый, внимательный и очень тактичный сотрудник. Всегда приветствовал с улыбкой и помогал, когда это было нужно.
Спасибо всему коллективу за тёплый приём и отличное обслуживание! Обязательно вернёмся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель другим. С уважением гости из Казахстана !

Вкусный завтрак. Кровать с хорошим жестким матрасом. WiFi отличный. Кофе из кофе машины. В номере чисто, все принадлежности.
