Scammer, after payment they refused to check in and refused to refund

Their address was not available on Google maps, after searching for an hour we found it and after we reached the main desk, they refused to check-in...

I have paid for my stay but then address in the hotel is not correct when it buat the place there is no hotel now as these already deduct my payment anda the hotel is not here i want my full refund
