It’s one of my worst experiences especially the staff seem doesn’t care the safety health environments!!!
When we arrived we supposed to have a family room with four beds, one double bed three single beds and a sofa with kitchen.. but they send us two double bedroom, one double bed only and one double bed with a bed! I got complained my daughter is a girl and other three boys they liked to sleep alone! And requested for extra mattress but they forever ages to get and then put it in the hallway. So ends up my partner had to carry it put it different room after I complained as found the wet floor ok the carpet from a/c and the staff said The other room is the same room and there is no difference, so it doesn't matter to change it. It made me boiling that would killed us by electricity shock! Where kids sleeping there and it’s near the tv and plugs!
Me and my partner had to challenges it’s because this and not only this reasons it’s room separate especially we are deaf and we are more concerned our kids safety firstly.. also when we asking and we keep waiting after they said come at come at 1 and then again 1:30 and then 2pm at ends up they said come back tonight? Which made us fuming that made our holiday nightmare especially kids’s first time visiting Istanbul!!!!
I asked staff the bed corner with steel as the material wearing out that caused cut bit on my leg and they didn’t answer and no sampathy!
The staff seem not pretty helpful and keep us waiting also the breakfast isn’t great with cardboard cup of tea that tasty horrible and the breakfast they send only an boiled egg with
Tomatoes cumcmber and cheese only and small bread isn’t good for all of us enough!

Konaklamamız çok keyifli geçti, otel hem temiz hem de çalışanlar oldukça ilgiliydi.Müsaitlik vardı ve erken Check in yapmamıza da izin verildi gerçekten çok memnun kaldığımızı bir yer oldu. Konumu da gayet avantajlı,kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Ich fand die Lage sehr schön die Zimmer waren sehr schön gestaltet. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.
Was mir nur nicht gefallen hat, ist, dass es kein Aufzug gab. Aber dieses Problem hat man sehr oft in Istanbul, wenn man ein Hotel mitten im Zentrum aussucht.
Struttura molto centrale. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Camera bella e spaziosa e pulita , bagno un po’ meno, c’erano dei capelli attaccati alla parete difronte al lavandino, ma tutto sommato era ok. Bagno molto grande , rubinetteria da rivedere ma nella norma. Condizionatore top
Colazione decisamente da rivedere , non prendetela. Terrazzo da sistemare e pulire .Vasca con muffa e doccino che allagava il bagno. Finestre che affacciavano una su un parcheggio e una sulla tettoia . Consiglio di aggiungere uno specchio integrale lungo
It was one of the worst experiences ever. The hotel is in a dilapidated, run-down condition, the beds are broken, the bathroom is raised on a platform in the 8 m² room, and the door to the “bathroom” was broken and lying on the sink. The room was moldy everywhere, and we didn’t even get the room we had booked, but a different one—apparently because the one we originally booked was in an even worse condition. The floor had bulges in several places, and whenever you stepped on them, a foul-smelling cloud of mold would rise from beneath. The shower leaked from its wall onto the carpet wetting a big area and the toilet seemed to leak from its base considering the puddle on the floor and the smell that filled the whole room whenever you flushed.
The owner lives at the reception and offered to move us to a renovated room on the second day, which was on the 4th floor (in a hotel without an elevator and with a rickety staircase). The room wasn’t any better, so we declined.
Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace. After waiting 35 minutes among the seagulls, they brought out one hard-boiled egg, three slices of cold cuts, and four slices of cheese for four people.
Oh, and all of us got injured several times on the edge of the bed. The room is so tiny and poorly furnished that we kept bumping into the bed corner, where a piece of metal was sticking out, which gave all of us scrapes on our shins.
All in all, this hotel is a complete disaster. Renovation didn’t help either.
Amazing place galata tower only 1 mımute walk so clean so comfortable place staff so helpful the manager maruf everytime help us thank you for service
Lors du check in nous avons attendu 2h00 car la chambre n'était pas prête et le gérant nous a offert le thé avec gâteaux pour nous faire patienter.
Notre cuvette de WC était cassé et elle a était remplacé dans la journée, très réactive.
Patron sympa!
Près de toutes les activités touristiques, très bon emplacement.
Les photos ne correspondent pas à l'état actuel de la chambre. Moisissures +++ au niveau de la salle de bain. Baignoire et fenêtre cramé.
Mauvaise vue par rapport à ce qui est annoncé.
Chambre très sombre.
Rideaux non occultant.
Désorganisation sur les petits déjeuner (parfois non servis)
