Reception personal are quite friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We was in situation when money from our wallet was stolen (not a critical amount), we let administration know, but there was no result. That event completely spoiled our trip experience.
Room cleaning is below average.

Since this review will be read by others I'd like to point out that your reply here (and DM) to me contains false claims with clear intention of taking away attention.
My daughter is not 3-4 y.o. she is 9, shame - you had the docs during registration, you could have check before writing any nonsense. Anyway would it change for you if it was my wallet ?

"No evidence connected to your hotel" ?
Money was in the wallet, wallet was closed and put nicely in the table. In our absence, only 2 of your employees had entered the room and after that money disappeared. During our conversation - one of the employees actually said that she didn't enter the room and after changed her mind claiming that she entered the room, but didn't touched the table. Your are blind to these evidences. Then what you kind of evidence you expect, a video record ?

Harsh, you spoiled the last bit of positive experience we had.

Pros:

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They kindly took care of our luggage, which made our arrival very convenient. Our room was spacious, very large, and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily stay here again.

The location and the value are very good, espacially for Samarkand.
The hotel is clean and the staff is very nice, they help you anytime for everything, I highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Samargand
Pros:

We stayed in the Luxe apartment and it was spacy and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, everything was shiny and new. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty. The location is quite good; you can walk to Registan Square with 20 minutes or take a taxi. We loved the stay.

All was perfect.

Хороший аппарат отель. С удовольствием сюда вернусь.

Очень хороший аппарат отель.
Мы жили в двухкомнатном номере,состоящим из Кухни - Гостиной и отдельной спальни.
Номера просторные, полностью соответствуют описанию.
Есть газовая плита, чайник, нормальный холодильник. Посуды правда минимум, но что-то было.
Есть халаты и тапочки.
Достаточно шкафов для того, чтобы убрать одежду.
В стоимость включен завтрак. Выбор не очень большой, но все продукты высокого качества, и в целом нам всегда всего хватало, поэтому лично мне завтрак понравился. Были и фрукты (черешня, арбузы, дыня) и творог, и нарезки какие-то. По просьбе могут сделать яичницу. Из выпечки был вкусный медовик.
Большой плюс - кофе нормальный из кофемашины.
Отель не в самом центре, но на такси везде недалеко, а цены на такси тут копеечные.
Персонал дружелюбный, готов помочь решить любые вопросы.
В целом мне этот отель очень понравился, с удовольствием остановлюсь тут ещё раз.

Cons:

Значительных минусов я не нашла
В качестве пожелания, хотелось бы иметь в номере капсульную кофемашину, чтобы была возможность пить кофе не только на завтрак.
Также немного расстроило, что в номере было маловато посуды на троих человек два стакана , две большие чашки и одна почему-то маленькая, некомплектная... Но это правда мелочи.
