hotel confortable et bien placé
Pros:

Hotel bien placé à 20 minutes à pieds des principaux sites touristiques. Hotel neuf très confortable. Le personnel était très accueillant.

Cons:

La rue n'est pas très passante mais les chambres donnant sur la rue ne sont pas très bien isolées du bruit et on peut parfois entendre les bruits de la rue. Demandez plutôt une chambre sur le patio

Perfect value for money
Pros:

Perfect location, perfect large room, best value for money, very clean inside.

Cons:

There is smell of toilet near the hotel entrance, no idea where it is coming from. The breakfast is good, but could be better to correspond to the very high level of the building and the room.

Нам понравилось в отеле все начиная от теплой встречи в фойе.
Pros:

Чисто и уютно. Мы поздно узнали о сауне, но внизу есть отличная фотозона. Вкусный, сытный завтра с широким выбором блюд и продуктов. Очень советую.

A wonderful place to stay in Samarkhand
Pros:

The property was nice but the staff especially Bilal was exceptional. He did everything with a smile and was very accommodating with our group of fussy elderlies. He made our trip In Samarkand wonderful. The rest of the staff were all wonderful too.

Pros:

Leider nicht viel, relativ große Zimmer

Cons:

Die Bettdecke und Tassen waren beim Check-in verschmutzt (wurden nach Aufforderung getauscht). Wasser fehlte zunächst ebenfalls.
Die Sauberkeit war allgemein nicht gut (dicke Staubschicht auf dem Kopfteil des Bettes, usw.).
Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral.
Das schlimmste ist jedoch das Fenster zum Innenhof, in welchem geraucht werden darf. Dadurch kann man sehr schlecht das Fenster öffnen, da es sonst nach Rauch im Zimmer riecht. Auch die Hellhörigkeit ist ein Problem. Man hört alles aus dem Zimmer nebenan und über einem, sowie jede Gespräche im Hof.
Personal zwar nett aber nicht proaktiv.

Pros:

sehr modern, sauber. Ich habe ein kostenloses Upgrade in eine Suite bekommen. Wahninnig bequem und gemütlich, Frühstück in Buffetform, lecker, abwechslungsreich und hochwertig. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Einziges Manko könnten die Fenster des Zimmers in Richtung des überdachten Innenhofes sein

Самый большой минус отеля, что из него не хочется выходить ))
Pros:

Все прекрасно, замечательный персонал , который помог моему мужу подготовиться к моему дню рождения. Два телевизора, кухонные принадлежности , чисто и уютно. Хорошие завтраки.

Cons:

Все понравилось, из нюансов было бы хорошо оставлять губку для мытья посуды.

Nice hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel was modern and in good shape. The front desk gentleman was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The location is a 20 min walk from Registan Sq so a bit of a hike but it is located in a nice neighborhood. Our room was actually 2 rooms with the second having a kitchen.
The breakfast was excellent. For a small hotel, the assortment of food was very good and it all tasted great.

Cons:

The cleaning of our room was not good. Overall the room was clean but there was food on the stove that was there before we arrived and the sink was not clean. Neither were cleaned the entire time we were there. It didn’t seem like much was cleaned in the bedroom other than straightening the bed and providing fresh towels.
