Pros:

Breakfast was fantastic, specially the lady and two young people were amazing and very helpful. Very kind staff in breakfast area.

Cons:

The reception is not very welcoming specially the guy with glasses has not kind reflection and speakers a kind of hard tone.
We are used to smiling receptionists which is not very much of it here. However asking them for help, they were helpful.
The money should be paid on arrival and not lika other countries on departure.
All together very good hotel though.

Beautiful Apartment in beautiful Samarkand
Pros:

We were in a beautiful apartment, really spacious and well equipped that made our stay very comfortable.
Staff very kind and helpful

Cons:

In Samarkand it is impossible to stay at walking distnce from attractions, but taxis are very good and cheap.
The service at breakfast could be improved, in many occasions there was something missing (cups, food, others).

Чистый, уютный отель. Все фотографии соответствуют действительности... Номер укомплектован всем необходимым. Очень удобное расположение, достопримечательности в шаговой доступности..
Персонал очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый, решают любые вопросы. Многие пишут что слабые завтраки.. Но нам всё очень понравилось. Это же завтрак ))) не стоит ожидать там плов, манты и лагман )
Шеф на кухне очень внимательная и доброжелательная. Ребята работают шустро.

Огромное спасибо за Ваш прием! Ваше гостеприимство сделало наше пребывание поистине приятным...

Cons:

В нашем номере (206) окна выходили во внутренний атриум отеля. Хотелось свежего воздуха с улицы и утреннего пения птиц ))
Но в целом это никак не испортило наше пребывание.. Понимаю, что все эти нюансы нужно учитывать при бронировании....

Pros:

Overall, the hotel is good and I had a nice experience. I really appreciated that they changed my room when I asked, as I preferred not to stay on the ground floor. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options, so I believe everyone can find something they like.

Cons:

There are, however, a few things I think the hotel should improve, especially considering the value for money:
1. Exchange rate: I really did not appreciate the USD/UZS exchange rate used by the hotel. Charging at a rate of 12,000 UZS per USD is simply not fair when this is significantly worse than the rates available at exchange offices.
2. Housekeeping: When my room was cleaned, the towels I had already used were folded and arranged again, which made them look like fresh towels. I would suggest either replacing them with clean ones or simply leaving the used towels as they are.
3. Transfer to the train station: Offering a USD 15 transfer to the train station feels very overpriced when a Yandex taxi costs several times less. I would strongly recommend using Yandex instead, just book it a few minutes earlier if you have an early-morning departure.
4. Dust / AC: I am allergic to dust, and although the hotel is relatively new, I could still feel quite a lot of dust in the room, most likely coming from the AC. I think the AC units and filters could benefit from more frequent and thorough cleaning.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend the hotel, but improving these few points would make the experience much better and significantly improve the value-for-money impression.

Pros:

La stanza è stata un appartamento appena realizzato e lussuoso con mobili nuovi e due bagni, tooletterie, asciugamani morbidi e puliti e acqua fresca. Vince su tutto la colazione, ricca e con prodotti freschi! Ci ha colpito la cura della ragazza nel sistemare il cibo! Crediamo fosse la chef! Bravissimi ragazzi!
