Хороший вариант для краткосрочной аренды на 1-2 дня
Pros:

Хороший номер, я снимал самый дорогой номер перед апартаментами. на фото выглядит просторнее, чем есть, но в целом очень уютно и есть ванна. Также очень хорошее обслуживание, нас заселили намного раньше checkin времени.

Cons:

Из минусов это расположение отеля, на проездной шумной улице и в номере нет никакой шумоизоляции, хотя на букинге указано обратное, так что купите беруши😁

Pros:

Nice and clean room, although we had to pay a supplement of 100k/night to get a window.

Cons:

Felt not trusted by the service. They were reluctant to let us rent a scooter. The scoot was by the way very old, the speed monitor not working and not powerful enough to properly carry 2 persons.

At the end they wanted to check if everything was in order in the room before letting us check out. I was worried at some point that they would come back with something to make us pay for, as they already made us pay 40k for a cup that I broke in the room (and that they never replaced). In the end they were ok but it just illustrating the lack of trust we had. And checking the room before letting the guest leave, I have never seen that in any hotel in any country, this is such a bad service for guests !!

Also we did some laundry with them. It was the most expensive we had in Vietnam and the clothes were not clean, they were perfumed but we still had stains on our underwear. When we told them, they said the clothes went two times to the washing machine and they started to check every clothes to only clean again the stained ones... As if dirty clothes always have stains...

One day, they didn't clean our room because the staff was to busy (the hotel was half empty), so they said they would do it the next day. No one cleaned the next day...

All in all it was not a bad experience, the room was still good, but the rating at the time we stayed was not reflecting properly their quality of service which is not very good.
