very disappointing experience
Pros:

I did not have breakfast

Cons:

Ibooked a room at IMA house and they have given me a room that was very dirty, the furniture was very very old and look like it was donated by someone, bathroom and surroundings were infested with full mold and fungus. They have given me another room after complaining to the management.

Cons:

The guest elevator did not work and we had to use the service elevator which was dirty and stinking to get to our 12th floor room. The bedroom AC was too noisy to run at night and its remote also did not work.
