Not to far from everything we wanted to do, clean and warm, good for price kettle fridge etc available which is great.
I found the pictures online made it look like a bed in bedroom and a sofa bed in other room my fault thinking it had a separate room was ok but a bit cramped, the shower was only luke warm as well so very fast showers
We liked the location. However, at the property, we encountered a strong smell of constant cannabis smell throughout the night. This was disappointing as there were 'no smoking signs' everywhere. 😔
The walls too were very thin, so we could hear a lot of noise coming from the other rooms. Because of that, our sleep was disturbed and marred the entire experience here.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean, tidy, the beds were comfortable and the complimentary supplies were a unexpectedly nice touch too. The street parking was great, as I parked up my car for the whole of the stay as the event we were attending (at the M&S arena) was within walking distance from the apartment. Others have said the location was problematic, our experience was that this was a lovely quiet area of Liverpool.
The only thing letting this property down is the lack of soundproofing, unfortunately myself and my daughter were disturbed from sleeping one evening by the enthusiastic couple in the next apartment. Had it not been for this we would definitely book this apartment again as the event we attended is an annual occurrence.
Cannot fault location and value for.money. you can park for free and it's a quick walk to town. Easy check in to get your keys
It's dated and tired. Furniture and decor could do with an update for better quality but the place appeared spotless.

Free parking is not secure. It's street parking. Alternatives for secure parking in town are available.
Bed was somewhat comfortable. Shower worked okay. Most of the appliances worked.
There was a lot of dirt/crumbs all over the floor and rug(which had a big grease stain and was so slippy it was a fall hazard), the oven didn’t work and we had to wait until the next day for a replacement option, there was dirty marks/fingerprints all over the walls and doors, the doors themselves were hung so poorly that there was enough room to fit your hand in between the door and the frame, the shower didn’t really drain well even in a 5 minute long shower and the door was barely hanging on, bathroom radiator was rusted beyond belief and the floors in the flat were incredibly damaged and were in dire need of replacing.
