The property was good value for money. Cheap stay.

Cons:

The property was unkempt (dirty bathroom and glass wear) generally was unclean. Hot water didn’t work. I was unhappy with the fact that we got moved room because our initial room wasn’t ready and it just made the process inconvenient. However the manager was a very nice person and tried her best to resolve for us.

Warning- Do not book this apartment!!
Cons:

Absolutely shocking experience! Travelled 3 hours to this apartment and when we arrived, they told us it had been double booked and cancelled the booking at 4pm leaving us with nowhere to stay. Even though I'd messaged them the day before asking for an early check in.
Although I was glad in hindsight as it looked awful from the outside and their customer service was none existent!

Cons:

Absolutely stunk of stale cigarettes that was over powering, despite a no smoking sign. Not relieved by leaving window open all night, seems all the fabrics need a deep clean and an air freshener

Pros:

Free parking and kitchen

Cons:

The restaurant / takeaway / house next door was playing music and people outside the back until 1am in the morning. This wasn’t the case the last time I stayed here. But I would think twice about returning for this reason hopefully just a one off. The place was very clean and easy access. You get what you pay for. 👍

Short visit for game
Pros:

Not to far from everything we wanted to do, clean and warm, good for price kettle fridge etc available which is great.

Cons:

I found the pictures online made it look like a bed in bedroom and a sofa bed in other room my fault thinking it had a separate room was ok but a bit cramped, the shower was only luke warm as well so very fast showers

We liked the location. However, at the property, we encountered a strong smell of constant cannabis smell throughout the night. This was disappointing as there were 'no smoking signs' everywhere. 😔

The walls too were very thin, so we could hear a lot of noise coming from the other rooms. Because of that, our sleep was disturbed and marred the entire experience here.

Happy with the apartment, but need to invest in soundproofing.
Pros:

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The place was clean, tidy, the beds were comfortable and the complimentary supplies were a unexpectedly nice touch too. The street parking was great, as I parked up my car for the whole of the stay as the event we were attending (at the M&S arena) was within walking distance from the apartment. Others have said the location was problematic, our experience was that this was a lovely quiet area of Liverpool.

Cons:

The only thing letting this property down is the lack of soundproofing, unfortunately myself and my daughter were disturbed from sleeping one evening by the enthusiastic couple in the next apartment. Had it not been for this we would definitely book this apartment again as the event we attended is an annual occurrence.
