Acceptable, but with low expectations
Pros:

The room was small, the windows had thin curtains, the fridge was dirty, as were the bathroom, shower, cabinet, heater, and coffee table. The shower was broken. The shower had an internal heater, under the water, which I believe violated safety regulations. One lamp didn't work. The staff didn't answer the phone. I found insects inside the bathroom

Pros:

Great studio, big enough for two. Great kitchen and the bed was comfortable. It was very clean.

Cons:

The shower wasn’t working really well the temperature was dropping down. The TV was glitching.

Pros:

Definitely the worst accomidation I have ever had the misfortune of booking, totally miss sold photos looked absolutely nothing like it was, smell was terrible, I had to move the bed just to get into the bathroom, I left after the first night and booked a different place absolutely disgusting that booking.com advertised this so called apartment, never again I fell totally let down and robbed.

The kitchen to the room was good. Everything there for you to cook with. And the area was ok and free parking. There is a lovely restaurant next door which is a Sudan restaurant. Good service there and food

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows are very flat and unfilled. I didn't sleep well here at all. Noise from people in the other rooms too. They don't seem to stop same gender people in one room. Most places don't allow this cos of the noise they Will create. You need to stop just random people staying in your place just to get the money. That isn't right. It is the comfort of your good paying guests that matters the most. Get a new bed or a good decent thicker mattress topper for support for the body. And new proper good pillows too.

Cons:

Greasy shelves with dust in the grease. Dodgy electrical points. Mould around shower. Smoke detector held together with gaffa tape. Worktop damaged and broken edge.

Bed was comfortable and handy to have a kitchen .

Cons:

Shower was either freezing or lava hot and no in between leaking from side of shower cubicle . Strong smell of curry spices . Should have a curtain or black out blind for window.

OK for price but needs some work
Pros:

Good location in terms of walking to places and access instructions good. Fairly quiet considering number of flats in one block. Good comms from owner.

Cons:

There have been a few comments about the flat needing a refresh and these are not being actioned. A lick of paint and filling in plaster is fairly easy. Replace laminate as very tired/worn and deal with leaky shower/mould in places. Stains on cushion placed on foldable chairs. No decent hanging storage for clothes. All easy to fix and let it down, especially as other reviews mention a lot of these points too. Plus door lock didn't feel that secure, a screw came out at one point! Thankfully main door adds extra security so it is safe.

Pros:

Great location and just 15 minute walk to the centre and restaurants. Very clean apartment with comfy beds.

Cons:

But there are some issues - TV's not working properly and a shortage of glasses and coffee mugs in the kitchen. Laminated floor in 2nd floor apartments needs replacing. Just needs a bit of TLC and it would score higher.
