Pros:

Clean, modern and excellent breakfast

Cons:

Front line staff weren’t very outgoing. No smiles or responses when you greet them.

Vista incrível da Cinta Costeira
Pros:

Quarto amplo e espaçoso, banheiro moderno, café da manhã com muitas opções. Mas o grande destaque mesmo é a vista incrível dos quartos voltados para a Cinta Costera (fiquei bem feliz porque pedi um quarto com essa vista e fui atendida).

Cons:

As instalações são antigas, mas nada que prejudique a experiência.

5 stars hotel at the price of a 3 stars.
Pros:

Very good hotel at a very affordable price. breakfast included (big buffet with hot and cold options), free parking. Downtown, good location. Nice big rooms, with bay view if you are on the right side.

Teleurgesteld, maar mooi uitzicht vanaf de kamer

De ruime kamer en het uitzicht waren echt leuk!
De locatie is ideaal, je kan een fiets voor de deur huren voor 5 dollar per uur en kan zo over het fietspad naar de old town fietsen. Ubers zijn ook een goede goedkope optie.

Cons:

Het hotel is vergane glorie.

In de kamer met uitzicht zit enkel glas. Het is alsof je op je balkon ligt te slapen, zelfs oordoppen waren onvoldoende om de geluiden van buiten te dempen.

Ook stuurt het hotel vooraf een bericht over de kosten voor later uitchecken, wil je hier gebruik van maken dan kan dit bij deze soort kamer dus nooit. Vooraf meerdere keren hiernaar gevraagd, maar kreeg geen reactie.

Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, maar alles is gewoon net niet echt lekker waardoor je het al gauw bij een eitje over bakje yogurt houdt.

Ontbijtzaal buiten heeft stokoud meubilair, het oogt smoezelig.

Medewerkers zijn niet vriendelijk.

Zwembad zelf kan je in zwemmen. Maar het handjevol bedjes eromheen valt uit elkaar van ellende en kan je ook niet omhoog zetten. Het oogt echt armoedig en geen fijne plek om te verblijven.

Absolutely fantastic
Pros:

We stayed in the Bayview room, and it was definitely worth the extra cost. We especially loved watching the sunset in the evening. The breakfast add-on is definitely worth it. The breakfast buffet is well-organized, the staff is friendly and the restaurant manager is very helpful.

One thing that really stood out: we had an early flight, and my wife and I had just enough time to grab breakfast, head back to our room, pack up the last-minute items and hop into our Uber. In the rush, I completely forgot my iPad in the room. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me get it back. The front desk team worked with the hotel driver, who drove my iPad to the airport for me. I managed to get through immigration just in time to meet him, retrieve my iPad and get back in line, all while still making it to the boarding gate. I truly appreciated the extra effort everyone put in.
