The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lavish, lots to choose from, room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Liked that the shower had a sliding door and not shower curtains.
The shower corners could be cleaner. The water in the shower runs out slowly causing the floor to be filled up also the sink runs out slowly.

La persona que estaba de guardia por la noche fue amable, pero no dieron ninguna solución y eran conscientes del enaño con las fotos.
El baño de la habitación no se correspondía con la foto publicada en Booking dentro del detalle de la habitación (el propio hotel reconoció por escrito que la fotografía era incorrecta y se excusaron con que se olvidaron de actualizarla). A la llegada, el suelo de la habitacion estaba inundado más allá del área de la ducha, lo cual documenté con fotos y vídeos. A esto se sumó un ruido constante en la habitación que impedía el descanso. Solicité el reembolso y fue denegado. La habitacion pequeña, humeda, ruidosa y no se corresponde con las imagenes.
