An unforgettable stay with outstanding service, beautiful surroundings, and we’ll definitely be back every time we visit
Pros:

The entire experience was exceptional. The hotel is set within stunning gardens filled with beautiful bonsais, creating such a peaceful and unique atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, everything felt cozy, welcoming, and well taken care of. A special mention to Brian, who assisted us throughout our stay — he went above and beyond every single time. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and his genuine care and professionalism made our stay even more memorable. The ease of transport to and from the hotel was also fantastic, making everything very convenient.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing to fault. If anything, the massage we got could’ve been a bit stronger — overall it was an incredibly positive experience.

Beautiful hotel, staff and food
Pros:

Fairly close to the airport for those early morning flights. Beautiful grounds and decor throughout. Staff members were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety of dishes. The complimentary airport transfer was added bonus.

Cons:

If you like to have a night cap after a long day, then you'll be dissapointed not to find a bar. While it was listed under 'hotel facilities', it was closed when we got in just before 22:00.

Very far from main attractions, around 30-40 from the bund . Room was very hot , appreciate front desk manager initiative to get me fan . Its like compound, room service close by 9 pm. Room service lady doesn’t speak English

المطعم واحد بس واكله الله يزيد النعمه شي ماينوكل زفر و و و وغاااااالي بورجر وحده و فيليه سمح وبيبسي تقريبا 40 كويتي والساعه 5 يسكر الاوردر والريوق بس الاومليت اللي كانت تمام والبوفيه كله مستحيل عرب تاكله حتى اجبان او زيتون مافي كلش وطبعا تطلع من الريوق ريحة الملابس زفر وشي مو طبيعي يعني لاتفكر تطلع بعد الريوق بدون لا اتغير ملابسك واتبخر الف مره

It’s gorgeous!! Staff are nicely, The building is pretty, hotel arquitetural is amazing! Certainly I’ll love to take great pictures perhaps weddings one 🥰

Cons:

Everything is + 1h far away from that by metro. This is a great hotel to enjoy it, but if you are a regular tourist to know the city, I recommend you to stay 1 or 2 days is you have time.

Замечательный вариант, кто приехал в Диснейленд, Сафари парк и провести фото сессию в парке.

Великолепный дизайн отеля, большая территория. Провели чудесную фото сессию. Шатл до Диснейленда.

Cons:

При заселении, были крошки на полу. После убрали. Отель староват и уже просит реновации. Старый ресторан. Персонал не улыбается гостям. Холодильник в номере не работал, дверь гардеробе была сломана.

We really enjoyed our time at this hotel! It captured authentic Chinese elegance perfectly — beautiful jade statues, intricate carved walls, peaceful courtyard vibes, and delicate porcelain touches everywhere.

A special thanks to Brian Lee — he was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and ready to assist with whatever we needed (local tips, quick arrangements like Disneyland). He greeted us warmly and his genuine attentiveness and wonderful Chinese hospitality made our stay truly memorable.

Highly recommend the hotel and especially Brian — he's an outstanding team member. 10/10!
