Pros:

La posizione di fronte al mare e a 5 minuti da Capoliveri.

Cons:

Mancavano i servizi elencati come il bidet la macchina del caffè/bollitore, non esiste il giardino dove poter soggiornare ma un area comune di ghiaino dove il barbecue ( sempre occupato). Il nostro appartamento doveva essere al piano terra con veranda, invece ce ne hanno assegnato uno al primo piano, mancava il divano letto da descrizione (abbiamo dovuto condividere tra amici le camere disagio assoluto)e il terrazzino ha la vista occlusa da un albero invaso dalle vespe, impossibile per cui cenare in pace senza il rischio di essere attaccati. Il parcheggio in descrizione era disponibile senza bisogno di prenotazione. La struttura non specifica che ne hanno solo 6 a dispozione, per cui chi prima arriva meglio alloggia, altrimenti sono tutti a pagamento. Pulizia inesistente, polvere sabbia e capelli ovunque. Le foto del nostro appartamento non compaiono nel sito.

Krásné místo pro dovolenou.
Pros:

Poloha, kousek k moři, možnost snídaně a večeře, klimatizace v každém pokoji, prostorné, pěkné místo.

Cons:

Pokud se chcete vyspat a neposlouchat od rána do večera vrzání nábytku, rány, dupání a hluk, neberte si apartmán v přízemí 🙂 majitelům bych dala navrh, aby aspoň židle a stůl podlepili polštářky. 🙂 hodila by se mikrovlnka.

la posizione vicino ad una spiaggia

Cons:

l'intera struttura muri e finestre hanno bisogno di lavori di manuntenzione accurata. Il vialetto che porta al nostro appartamento era privo di luce di illuminazione funzionante di notte, scale e corridoio mai spazzato e lavato da tempo addirittura presenza di ragnatele. Colonne che presentano crepature. Sedie e tavolo in balcone consegnate sporche. Interno dell'armadio su cui poggiare i vestiti impolverato. In appartamento il vetro di una porta finestra era rotto. La tenda del bagno era piena di muffa e solo dopo la segnalazione è stata sostituita andava già fatto prima di assegnare l'app.to. Personale alla reception che parla solo in lingua straniera.
