I was celebrating my partner's birthday, the staff went all out to make sure the day was special.
Pros:

The food is very nice and the portions of food are big as well. The chef knows what his doing and the rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is like a room on its own, very big, with double sinks and double showers for his and hers. It's so peaceful and you get greeted by animals from the entrance and they are everywhere around the property which was really great to see. I love the place and I cant wait to return.

Cons:

The bigger swimming pool is still being renovated but the do have another swimming pool that you can use if you want to swim. There was nothing I didn't like.

A peaceful place away from the city.
Pros:

It’s very quiet and so peaceful. I loved the animals roaming around and bird watching from my room. The executive room was exquisite and spacious. I loved the scenery of the entire place. The game drive was so much fun. Thembi is very good at her job, she makes you feel so special and makes your stay so comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent.

Cons:

Check out time when booking is 11:00-12:00 but after booking I received communication to confirm my booking with check out time 10:00. Fitness centre is part of facilities on here but it’s not available at the lodge.

The place has potential but…… well it’s a conversation to have with the owner maybe
Pros:

I loved the location, it’s at a very good area and peaceful and quite too with just nature and animals roaming around. The staff is friendly and amazing, they are very responsive and attend to guests

Cons:

That it’s still under construction at some areas and the fact that I didn’t bath on the morning of checking out because there was no water so I travelled back home without having bathed

The stuff makes the place amazing! They are welcoming and lovely
Pros:

The property is very pretty, the room we were upgraded to was absolutely stunning and spacious. The air con worked well and the rooms were cleaned everyday.

Cons:

The gravel road was rough, there’s also a bit of work to be done to the place and maybe a bit more stuff members. The ones who are there are SUPER amazing, friendly and knowledgeable.

The lodge is still being worked on but there’s a lot of progress and the place is looking good so far

sis thembi is the kindest she know how to treat / welcome visitors , we really enjoyed our stay . food wasn’t bad 8/10
but the stuff team were few we did not experience spa and other activities bc it was festive and their staff couldn’t make it . think you should work on hiring more staff and the place is too dark at night… add lights … clean the other pool side also
And a super Chef 👌🏻improvement for room service

1/5 - Disappointing Stay

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience. On arrival, the water ran out then they told us that they will move us to a different place that had water and we will stay there until we check out and they will also bring food to us at the new place. The next morning they woke us up to tell us that we have to go back to our villa because the water is back and they are not allowed to deliver food. That was annoying because it was not our agreement now we have to pack our bags again and move , we didn’t settle , relax and enjoy our stay .

Loud music at the reception was a total nightmare , they were playing music 24/7 and we would hear the music at our villa , at night and also in morning . We paid to relax, not be blasted with noise at safari.

Staff were unprofessional, invading our space and no respect for privacy. All in all, wouldn't recommend. Not worth the hassle.
Further, the road to the place is a bad gravel road. The distance of gravel road is longer than what has been put on the advert.

Much needed quite and peaceful stay
Pros:

Our stay was very nice and the staff went out of their way to make us as comfortable as can be. The negotiatied late check out was a bonus which made our stay even more memorable. Will definately come back for more needed quite, peaceful and restful breaks away from the very busy cities.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant is very slow, but given that this establishment is still new, I believe that it will get better as it grows bigger.
