Sehr freundliches Personal und super Frühstück. Ich bin vor Jahren privat hier gewesen und habe nun beruflich bewusst einen Stop hier eingelegt.

Cons:

Hätte gerne das nächste Mal wieder das Zimmer im EG neben dem Aussichtsbalkon . Ist so schön....

Pros:

El encanto de su construcción y por su puesto las maravillosas vistas de donde está situado frente al lago y en alto.

Cons:

La limpieza es horrible. De cara a lo visible muy bien, pero muchísima suciedad en zonas no de paso, mesita de noche, detrás de las camas... E incluso varias arañas sobre las camas.
Tengo que destacar que el desayuno muy bien.

Pros:

Hotel pintoresco,las habitaciones son de estilo antiguo y bastante grandes.
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena cerca de una parada de bus y a 20 min andando del Castillo de Chillón.
Las vistas desde la fachada donde se ubican las letras son espectaculares.

Cons:

En 3 noches q hemos estado no nos ha hecho ningún día la habitación,mientras con la familia de amigos con la que viajábamos si.La limpieza en algunos rincones de la habitación brillaba por su ausencia.
El desayuno los 3 días lo mismo y tenían muy poca variedad.
