Pros:

Ruhige Lage mit toller Sicht auf Genfersee.

Cons:

Auch wenn es alt und charmant ist, sollten Renovationsarbeiten nicht vernachlässigt werden. ZBsp lassen Zimmertüren Licht und Lärm durch.

Beautiful old hotel with a lot of charm. Hosts were very nice.
Pros:

It is really pretty. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

All of the stairs and no air conditioning. It is the oldest hotel in Montreux so one should not complain about air conditioning, I suppose. Also is up a hill so walking to hotel from bus stop was a hike up-hill.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. They rectified any problems quickly. We arrived later than planned and they kept the restaurant open for us. Off road private parking was appreciated.

Cons:

It's "historic", I get it, but the rooms felt tired and there was no air conditioning. The wooden floors look lovely but creaked terribly. The showers were blocked in both rooms, although the staff got them cleared very quickly. There was an ant infestation in one of the rooms.

Lovely, comfortable stay with very friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable & great breakfast.
Pros:

The room worked perfectly for three adults, great view, nice to have bath and tub. It was very comfortable. Great location and the Riveria card was a big help with riding the bus, seeing museums, and riding the boats.

Cons:

I don’t have anything to comment on didn’t like, we enjoyed our stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und die Decken und Kissen auch. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich und Garten im Grünen zum relaxen.

Cons:

Ich war ein wenig erstaunt dass Plastikblumen den Innenbereich des Hotels dekorierten.
Der Balkon mit Seesicht wurde geteilt mit den Gästen vom Zimmer nebenan - Es gab keine Trennwand. Um 9Uhr wurde das Frühstücksbuffet bereits nicht mehr aufgefüllt und man erhaschte sich noch was übrig war. Das gesamte Hotel wirkte auf mich ein wenig müde.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Montreux, guter Ausgangspunkt.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut, sowohl der Bus als auch die Bahn sind nahe beim Hotel.
Sehr schöner Park mit der Möglichkeit, auf Liegestühlen zu lesen.
Sehr gutes Nachtessen, zwar nur 1 Menu, dieses aber hervorragend gekocht.

Ich bin in diesem alten historischen Haus sehr herzlich begrüsst worden. Mir wurde das ganze Haus erzählt und rumgeführt. Der nette junge Herr sprach sogar deutsch !
Das Frühstücksbüffet war total liebevoll angerichtet und alles war lecker! Ich habe mich rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt!
Wunderschöner Blick auf Berge und See.
Und komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

War grad eine Baustelle in der Nähe und die Autobahn ( Lastwagen)oberhalb, war gut zu hören. Aber in der Nacht war ruhig!

Excellent view, lots of space in room, lots of storage in room, staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Cons:

Breakfast was a cold one, not hot. Location was difficult to walk to with luggage using public transportation. Pillows were very flat, I had a sore neck.

Staff muito simpático principalmente as meninas que tratam do pequeno almoço e o rapaz do bar, localização próxima ao Château de Chillon, vista do jardim e da varanda do bar eram belíssimas, quarto com frigobar.

Pagamos por um quarto com varanda e ficamos num quarto sem,
A “cama de casal” eram 2 camas de solteiro juntas,
Tv do quarto apenas com canais em francês,
Não há café ou chá de cortesia aos hóspedes, e os preços são altíssimos,
Café da manhã ok, e items como ovos mexidos são cobrados a parte,
Roupa de cama, mesa e banho com itens manchados ou rasgados,
Janela da casa de banho sem privacidade,
O hotel é muito barulhento, principalmente devido ao piso que range muito e carece de manutenção,
Noite de sono péssima,
Não há ar condicionado ou ventilador,
O hotel realmente carece de manutenção e cuidado.
