Staff great, kitchen well equipped, obviously a work in progress . Oh beds mega comfy too.
Pros:

The staff, the location and the little extras were a bonus

Cons:

Our wall backed against the lift and everytime someone pressed it there was a loud noise. It wasn’t a big deal but maybe could be looked at. Also the window in our room had a few patches of damp but nothing shutting the curtains didn’t solve 😂

Pros:

Very friendly welcome and staff were great throughout our stay. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Free beer and coffee in reception area . Some nice restaurants in the local area.

Cons:

Whilst generally clean, rooms are starting to show signs of wear and tear, limescale in bathroom needs dealing with. Area not so nice, our view was of a derelict building opposite. If you have a hire car then parking is on street and a bit difficult. I thought a little expensive.

pulizia migliorabile e insonorizzazione. avevo una camera attaccatta all'ascensore e non ho dormito per tutta la settimana. le pareti poi sono talmente sottili che si sente proprio tutto

Pros:

I really liked this hotel. It was very clean, and the facilities were great. Our room had a nice view of the swimming pool. Coffee, soft drinks, and beer were available for guests. The staff were friendly and always happy to help with directions or any questions. Overall, our stay was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel. My friend who stay in the room for the whole time was also satisfied with the room.

Привітний персонал, чисто , приємний бонус в кімнаті була вода в холодильнику. Смачний сніданок. Кава та напої безкоштовно впродовж дня.. Спокійно та затишно. Рекомендую.

Boutique Homely Hotel Lis
Pros:

Boutique feel style rooms, large reception, cute pool area, Free Beer and Sangria till 8pm. Free tea coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, milk and fanta too. Felt small intimate and homely.

Cons:

Towels could be changed more often and bins. Otherwise great!

If Mallorca had a “home away from home” award, Hotel Lis would definitely win it! 😄 Great location – close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops, and souvenir stores. The bus stop is right below the hotel, and the city center is only about 20 minutes away, making it super easy to get around.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful – they even arranged our taxi for an early morning flight. Unlimited drinks, a nice pool, billiards, and games made our stay even more enjoyable.

Excellent value for money, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything you need for a perfect holiday. We came as guests and left wishing we could stay a little longer! ☀️🍹🏖️ Highly recommended! ❤️

Une très belle surprise pour cet hôtel.
Le personnel est très agréable. Les boissons offertes toute la journée sont vraiment un plus, tout comme les boissons chaudes disponibles 24h/24. Un petit-déjeuner est également proposé, ce qui est très appréciable.
Les chambres sont très bien et les lits confortables. Seul petit bémol : la vue depuis l’hôtel n’est pas forcément exceptionnelle. En revanche, l’emplacement est parfait, dans un quartier calme.
