The kitchen and wait staff were incredibly attentive with my food intolerance and made me my own breakfast every day. They were super friendly and accommodating, so a huge thank you to them for that

Cons:

The spa doesn't exist as advertised. The cinema is somewhere to project stuff from your own laptop which is misleading as we thought they'd be showing a range of films at set times. Whilst the hotel is nice and clean, the rooms are very overpriced for the facilities and the location, you can get better value elsewhere. Front of house staff could be more knowledgeable on how to get to different locations; they wrongly informed me on multiple occasions of how long things would take to get to, so if I took their advice on how to get to my booked trips I would have missed them

В номере не убрали на 2- й день. Не положили зубные щетки, пришлось бегать. Не доложили шапочку для душа, чай, сахар, воду. Эти мелочи портят общее впечатление. В прошлом году было всё хорошо, поэтому приехала в этот отель ещё раз.
