Affordable river adjacent spot
Pros:

Good affordable spot within running distance to the river pathway without paying Radisson prices. Units were renovated in what looks like an old soviet building so have that expectation going in. Employees were really good and attentive. Convenience store around the corner is great for grabbing drinking water and snacks.

Cons:

Shower drains weren't quite cleaned and were starting to plug up a bit.

когда мы заехали, подушка моя воняла маслом а у супруги было нормально. потом наш номер был на третьем этаже. На один раз пойдет. К персоналу претензий нет, работают с тем что есть. потом, между шкафом и кроватью место мало было чтобы пройти, постоянно стараешься не ударить ногу. Качество телевизора очень плохое, я понимаю что это бюджетный отель, но если уж ставить телевизор, хочется чтобы он был среднего качества.

В целом, довольно чисто. Есть тапочки, банные принадлежности. В момент моего проживания было тихо, но я приехала глубокой ночью. Завтрак скромный, готовят на месте.

Cons:

Всё же цена завышена. Расположение в старой части города. Ооочень маленький номер. Писали, что тесно. Я часто путешествую одна , да и в Астану прилетаю на один день, поэтому мне больше и не надо, но тут такая расстановка мебели, что даже я ударялась то об шкаф, то о кровать раза три. Но больше всего мне не понравилось постельное белье . Да, чистое. Но его качество отвратительное. Оно аж скрепит, на столько оно синтетическое. Подушки тоже не очень. И одеяло какое-то кукольное.

Very disappointing
Pros:

The staff was nice. Quite good breakfast

Cons:

The room was really small. It was very cold. The shower holder was broken. So it didn’t meet our expectation at all.
