From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that the property offers complimentary shuttle services to the city center. Guests are required to request at least 4 hours in advance as this service is on a first-come-first serve basis.

Cooler Aufenthalt in der Stadtnatur
Pros:

Weiter Blick in die Natur aus dem 10.Stock, pool im Außenbereich 5.Stock, Restaurant mit lokalen Spezialitäten, Grüne Umgebung, Bier im Automaten, Kühlschrank und Kochendwassergerät für Kaffee und Tee, WLAN, Kultur: im Restaurant im Gemeindezentrum gegenüber wurde abends zum Ramadan Fastenbrechen gefeiert

Cons:

Skybar wurde renoviert und war nicht zugänglich. Wegen hohem Wasserstand waren keine Krokodile auf den Sandbänken im Fluss zu sehen und am Anleger nur ein kleines. Beschränkte Fußwege in der grünen Umgebung. Klimatisierung war automatisch eingestellt und nur während der Präsenzphasen im Zimmer abstellbar. Kalter Fußboden in Bad und Flur, auf dem bei abgestellter Klimatisierung die Luftfeuchtigkeit kondensiert

The cleanliness should be improved and taken care of. Overall facilies and cleanliness is so disappointing.

Cons:

The towels are torn. The iron is not in good condition. The floors are dirty. The windows are dirty. The bedsheets smell weird.
