No había nadie en la recepción, tuvimos que acudir a un restaurante que estaba a la par a qué nos dieran información y pudieran localizar al encargado de dar las habitaciones (nunca nos dieron llaves y no había luz)
Bed is comfortable and the room came with towels, soap, and toilet paper.
There is NO HEAT IN THE ROOM. Such a cold night, and not just a little cold that you can ignore. At such high altitude (7,500'), the temperature drops dramatically at night. No space heater and no internal heating system in the room. The neighbors kept a dog chained up overnight outside of their restaraunt and it had a terrible whine and wimper all through the night, and the dog was maybe 30' from the bathroom window.
The hot water did not work and combined with the frigid room temperature, did not entice me to take a cold shower in the morning.
Amazing views, nice host who sourced me some hongos.
Like other reviews you get what you pay for. A decent walk from town and not the cleanest room/sheets etc or bathroom, no toilet seat.

It was dirty, no towels, no toilet paper, not hot water, you couldnt lock the door, two thin nasty pillows

The room was horrible! No proper toilet sit, no way to flush the water in the toilet. Bed sheets were dirty. Just a very bad experience.

It was not at all like in the pictures. Dirty, smelly and unhygienic. No reception staff, all doors unlocked.

Pretty much everything, the condition of the cabin was excellent and the terrace plus the view were gorgeous. The owner and his family are great people and let you feel respected and safe.
The neighbours‘ dog was very aggressive and threatening, unfortunately.

Well the room smelled like cat pee. No towel to shower and the real great one was he told me there is no key to lock the door don't worry its OK he said lol. So I'm supposed to leave my passport and drone in the room and just hope it's OK??? The sheets didn't smell clean either. No bueno
