Just excellent facilities and staff - staff went above and beyond, so helpful and friendly.
Pros:

The staff looked after our every need, and were so friendly and obliging. The hotel was immaculate and rooms kept so clean. The location was excellent and convenient. We have no hesitation in recommending it. Next time we just hope we get better weather - but we can fault the hotel at all and in spite of the weather we had a lovely relaxing holiday.

Cons:

The stairs were challenging particularly as a result of a knee injury but the staff were able to arrange a room swap to the ground floor for us - very much appreciated.

Cons:

La habitación era interior, sin luz y sin ventilación. Olor a humedad de la ducha. La taza del vater al lado de la cama. Nunca vi a nadie en recepción.

Very good and very big room.

The fridge makes way too much noise. Also, the room is never dark due to the lights of the hotel in front and in the courtyard.

Cons:

The bathroom was only separated by a frosted glass wall with no ceiling. So you could toss something over the glass into the bathroom if you wanted. No sound proofing. I have been with my SO a long time so it was just the source of a few jokes for us, but had I been making my first trip with someone it may have been quite awkward.

El hotel sencillo paro a la vez original.
Pros:

Hotel muy original y bien decorado.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño separado de la habitación con una puerta de cristal. Poca intimidad.

Az elhelyezkedése tökéletes. A történelmi városközpontban, mégis csendes helyen.

Cons:

Kicsit zavart, hogy nem volt szabadba nyíló ablaka a szobának. Örültünk volna ha van reggeli lehetőség helyben.

Très bel hotel à coté de la Cathédrale
Pros:

Situé dans un petit batiment de 400 ans, il n'y a que 6 chambres. Rénovées avec beaucoup de gout et de charme, on se sent tout de suite bien dans la chambre, même s'il n'y a pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'extérieur. On est dans le centre historique qui est vraiment sympa, au contraire des autres quartiers de la ville.

Cons:

Les prix ont explosé à Las Palmas. Je n'y reviendrai pas. Il y a des destinations en France qui ont bien plus de classe pour des prix équivalents.
