Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, man kann sich selbst erwas zu essen machen, das ist gut, sogar Waschmaschine undTrockner sind vorhanden. Die Angestellten sind hilfsbereit. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut (S Bahnhof Pankow Heinersdorf).

Cons:

Es findet nur 1 Reinigung vor Bezug des Zimmers statt, zwischendurch wird nicht geputzt. Bei 5 Übernachtungen ist das nicht so toll, 1 frisches Handtuch bekommt man nur auf Nachfrage ("normalerweise machen wir das nicht"). Das Bett war ziemlich "durchgelegen".

A great, quiet, and safe budget option for solo travelers in Berlin, but be prepared for the complete lack of Wi-Fi and
Pros:

I stayed here for 28 nights and it is a great budget-friendly option for solo travelers, especially for last-minute bookings. The location is very quiet, calm, and feels completely safe surrounded by family houses with gardens, which was perfect to relax after a long day. It takes about 30 minutes to commute to the city center (Amrumer Straße); the S-Bahn (Pankow-Heinersdorf) is a 10-minute walk, the tram is 6-7 minutes away, and supermarkets like Lidl and Netto are within 10 minutes. The room and private bathroom were decent, and both the common bathroom and shared kitchen were very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped, and free access to the laundry and drying machines is a huge plus. There was always hot water, the radiators worked great for cold days, and the staff even provided a fan when the weather got warmer. Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly helpful—when I accidentally locked myself out one night, someone came to assist me within 5-10 minutes via the emergency call.

Cons:

The biggest issue is that there is absolutely no Wi-Fi anywhere in the building, which becomes very frustrating during weekends and nights. Also, despite staying for a full month, room cleaning was never included, and they ask for an extra €35 if you want it cleaned. There is no hair dryer in the room unless you pay a €10 fee, and there is no air conditioning, which might be a problem during hot summer days. I also noticed some hairs on the bed sheets and towels upon arrival, so I preferred to use my own. Lastly, there are a few functional flaws: all the doors require you to pull hard while turning the key (difficult if your hands are full), and the bathroom ventilation is extremely loud, turns on automatically with the light, and stays on for about 10 minutes after turning it off. If you are a solo traveler with basic expectations looking for a short-to-medium budget stay, this place will be enough, but you should keep these negatives in mind.

Pros:

It was surprisingly fine. Spacious room, comfortable bed, good shower. As I arrived late, the key was in a locker with a code, next to the door.

Cons:

The curtains don't really stop any of the light in the morning.

For those who arrive outside weekday office hours like I did: one day before arrival, I was asked to send a copy of my ID by email; a dubious security practice, and not everyone may have one handy when travelling.

I find the price to be on the high side for what is offered (despite it being one of the cheapest options that weekend in Berlin).

Pros:

Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber, sparsam eingerichtet. Toll war der Kühlschrank im Zimmer und die Küche, die man benutzen durfte.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich gut.

Cons:

Abends war ein komischer Geruch im oberen Stock und in meinem Zimmer wie nach Öl oder sowas.
Die ersten Minuten roch das Wasser in der Dusche nach Gülle. Das war sehr unangenehm.

Location: quiet residential area but only around 20-30 mins to different parts of the centre of Berlin with local buses, S-bahn/U-bahn. Nice clean rooms with communal kitchen & washing machine/dryer. A pleasant surprise: the quality of everything v price was exceptional & everywhere was always well maintained, and very friendly/helpful staff ..... though reception is not open/available all the time.

Beim ersten Besuch was das Zimmer deutlich sauberer, die ruhige Lage ist top.

Cons:

Bettlaken war verschmutzt, auf meine SMS und Bitte zum Tausch wurde nicht reagiert. Kühlschrank so laut, dass dieser eigentlich nicht benutzt werden kann.

Pogled kroz prozor, kreveti su bili udobni, bilo je čisto, komunikacija je bila dobra.

Kada smo došli rečeno nam je da je u kvaru a posle dva dana nam je rečeno da ne postoji.
