Poor. Not worthy of your money.
Cons:

I wanted to extend my stay for one day. They refused on email and then they sent a person who asked for money and it was done. And they asked for money which was not discussed. Just gave me a price in cash. If the room was empty why didn't they let me boon it through booking.com. obviously it was an extortion. Sad.

Hellish noise - you will not sleep after 0630
Pros:

Lovely staff, very pleasant and helpful

Cons:

Rooms at front of the building are fine - face a quiet road
Rooms at back - simply should not be let; worker's yard underneath means an angle grinder (seriously) woke me up at 0645, followed by 0630 the next day! This was followed both days by hammering, fork lift trucks and other heavy vehicles ....which didn't stop until circa 1500 each day. It felt like I was in hell. This was not due to renovations in the hotel, this is clearly a permanent aspect. All I could do was laugh and be grateful I was due to leave son. It's a shame as it's otherwise not a bad place for the budget price, though they should have staff on site on the weekend also. And they should absolutely NOT let rooms in which people cannot sleep, or sit in during the day.

Nos gustó mucho la atención del personal del hotel. Especialmente el chico de recepción, que hablaba español y fue muy amable con nosotros en todo momento.

Cons:

Nos tocó una semana de calor extremo en Alemania y el hotel no tenía aire acondicionado ni ventiladores. Las habitaciones estaban prácticamente vacías, solo con la cama y la televisión. Además, tenían muy poca ventilación, lo que aumentaba aún más el calor. Lamentablemente, no pudimos disfrutar de nuestra estancia debido a esto.

Für ein paar Tage OK.
Pros:

Zimmer sind mit Kühlschrank ausgestattet, bei der Hitze Gold wert. Angestellte war sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Meine Verlängerung um 1 Tag wurde zunächst "verschwitzt". Ich musste mich vor Ort erneut darum kümmern.

Very much a work in progress, but the staff is extra kind and if the location works for you, it’s very good value for mo
Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed, a fridge per room and common kitchen per floor.
The Rotenbachstr tram stop gets you everywhere. The nearby Netto market and the Vietnamese restaurant are key traveller infrastructure and will serve you well.
Gazing at the TV Tower from the kitchen window (photo) while making my coffee made for a neat Berlin good morning.

Cons:

Quite a few things lacking (proper window blinds, room/hallway mirror, kitchen utensils) but that’s what keeps the price per night from being 10-15% higher so I hesitate to complain. The only unforgivable sin is the lack of internet connection (despite having a good wifi signal) for 5 1/2 of my 6 days there (briefly fixed, then went down again).

Cons:

Assenza di sapone per le mani, assenza di un bicchiere, frigo totalmente vuoto,caldo da far paura (per fortuna mi hanno dato un ventilatore che ho chiesto),rampe di scale ripidissime (nessun ascensore), assenza di telo della doccia,porta d’entrata che anche di notte si apre se tiri più forte, reception aperta poco e solo in settimana,posizione scomoda e nelle vicinanze non c’è quasi niente.Per concludere gatti di polvere in camera e zona esterna con vista su un’autorimessa (?) con erbacce incolte.
