Good for a short stay, especially if you have your own vehicle. Auto are available about 200 meters
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious and well prepared. The location is good, if you have your own vehicle. Getting auto is little pain.

Cons:

The hotel staff was not very responsive. The Wi-Fi remained non-functional despite repeated reminders, and even basic room service requests, such as replenishing tea and coffee supplies, required multiple follow-ups.

Good location; Good Ooty view from the hotel
Cons:

Overall pleasant stay. There were some room logistic issues like Geyser (heater) NOT functioning.. Cable TV not working. Reported to the hotel staff and they fixed them on the same day.

The restaurant was bad. They managed to even spoil tea. Geyser hot water availability is limited for just a few hours. The location is far from the central area or any market place.
