Pros:

Empfang gut, Zimmer sehr sauber Parkplatz vor dem Hotel wir waren sehr zufrieden

Cons:

Frühstück war 6.30 Uhr nicht fertig, da wir pünktlich zum Flughafen mussten war das für uns nicht schön.

Temiz otel, kötü kahvaltı, fatura vermeyen işletme
Pros:

Odamız talebimiz üzerine her gün temizlendi. Genel olarak havlu ve çarşaflar temizdi. Konumu ortalama, Eschborn Süd S-Bahn istasyonuna 10-12 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.

Cons:

Kahvaltı çok zayıf. Kahvaltıda biten ürünler yenilenmiyor. Konaklamamızın ilk günü fındık kreması bitti ve konaklamamızın son gününe kadar bir daha yenilenmedi. Kruvasan vb birtikten sonra yenilenmesi 1 saati buluyordu. Peynir vb aynı şekilde. Siyah çay kalmamıştı, sorduğumda çözüm olarak papatya çayı ya da yeşil çay içebileceğim söylendi.

Otelden çıkarken fatura istedim, faturamı acentemden alabileceğim söylendi. Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaptığımı, ödemeyi doğrudan otele yaptığımı söylememe rağmen fatura talebim kabul edilmedi. Bu konu ile ilgili Frankfurt vergi dairesine bir bilgilendirme e-maili gönderip oteli şikayet edeceğim.

Pros:

Am Wochenende ist nichts los in dem Hotel. Zimmer war soweit okay.

Cons:

Vorsicht, wenn man sein Auto an der Straße parkt., sollte dies nicht unter Bäumen stehen. Die Vögel scheißen alles voll.

Lage, freie Parkplätze rundum

Cons:

Kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer, sonst Standard bei Mercure. Nicht nach der Mitgliedsnummer gefragt worden. Makeupflecken auf den Handtüchern. Nach Reklamation keine Entschuldigung…

Buchen nächstes Mal ein anderes Hotel
Cons:

Es gibt kein Restaurant im Hotel. Im nahem Umfeld auch nicht. Das Frühstück war mäßig. Der Safe im Zimmer nicht nutzbar (warscheinlich Batterie leer) die Deckenbeleuchtung teilweise defekt. Service Techniker am Wochenende nicht verfügbar. Dusche nur mit hohem Badewanneneinstieg. Beim einchecken am Samstag und bezahlen, erst Rechnung am Montag. Matratzen sehr schlecht. Tiefgarage zu teuer(18€ pro Tag). Personal Rezeption teilweise mit der deutschen Sprache nur bedingt vertraut.

Asiallinen majoitus kohtuulliseen hintaan.
Cons:

Majoituimme kaksi eri kertaa muutaman päivän välein. Huoneiden tason vaihtelu oli melko huomattava, vaikka varaukset oli tehty samoin kriteerein ja ne maksoivat saman verran. Ikään kuin toinen olisi ollut superior- tms. huone (?).

Hotel tranquillo appena fuori Frankfurt

Posizione tranquilla, parcheggio gratis , di fronte l´entrata. Colazione buona e abbondante. Camera e bagno con tutto il necessario.
