Cons:

Tuvimos que cancelar la reserva al llegar al lugar ya que el departamento es compartido y nosotros queríamos un lugar privado.
En la descripción no aparece que es compartido, solo sale en los comentarios.

Great Location and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

We stayed at The Roses for four nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. At the time of booking, we didn’t fully understand the shared-space concept, but once the host explained it to us, everything became clear and it turned out to be a very positive part of the stay.

The location is excellent, in a very convenient area of Puerto Varas, with easy access to tourist attractions, commercial areas, and great dining options. The room was very comfortable, and the shared spaces were well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The area also offers plenty of outdoor activities, as well as shopping options in nearby malls, making it a very complete destination.

Highly recommended — both Puerto Varas and The Roses.

Increíble experiencia!
Pros:

La experiencia en The Roses fue increíble. Las instalaciones estaban impecables: todo muy ordenado y limpio. Lo que más destaco es a su anfitrión, Danilo, siempre disponible para facilitar todo y brindar guía y apoyo durante nuestra estadía en la ciudad y sus alrededores. Sin duda, volvería a The Roses.

SUPER IN TUTTO !!

Non c'è niente che nn ci sia piaciuto.. appartamento super, camera top con vista casette e parco , accappatoio e ciabatte .. la colazione Danilo scrive che non è inclusa ma la mega cucina è fornitissima di tutto e di più per poterla fare.. grazie Danilo sei un host perfetto .. alla prossima 🤩

The room is very new, modern and impeccably clean. The beddings are top quality (e.g. the comforter was 100% goose down), very new and extremely clean.
