Forse tegenvaller bij de start van de vakantie- hier komen wij niet meer
Pros:

Beleefd en behulpzaam personeel dat de locatie schoon en opgeruimd hield.

Cons:

Slechte (veel te zachte) bedden. Verouderde badkamer en meubilair. Door geluidsoverlast aan straatzijde een andere kamer gekregen met forse toeslag. Avondprogramma met storende muziek die niet om aan te horen was. Overdadig ontbijt.

Pros:

We spent 8 days in this pleasant hotel. It's really a very nice resort with many choices and high quality facilities including very nice restaurants and bars, beautiful and green gardens, swimming pools and a private beach. We liked especially the half board arrangement and the dinners. The staff was very polite and the reception team was really nice and helpful, especially Michele. Efcharisto poli!

Perhaps an easy to read local bus timetable would be helpful to guests....the only thing I did not like was leaving....thankyou for a pleasant break.

Pros:

We were only there for 5 days but everything about the experience was superb. All the staff in all the departments were cheerful, helpful and just couldn’t do enough for you. As a final note- the lady who did the eggs at breakfast was great. Well done all
