I basically had a nice relaxing holiday. The location is superb (ocean view from the sun loungers in the garden) and the breakfast was of reasonably high quality. There are enough sun loungers for everyone and many pools to enjoy. Even though it is a huge hotel I never felt “a mass”. The staff is extremely friendly and go the extra mile to give you a good time. Kudos to them! The hotel is walking distance away from restaurants, supermarkets, etc.
I have 3 things that bothered me during my stay:
First, the hotel has a dated look& feel. I was told that it was build in the early 00ies but it feels like it dates from the early 80ies. Apart from the architectural style, the hotel feels tired and worn. Furniture with scratches, drawers that are sitting crooked, a "shower" in a bathtub, bare patches in the lawn in the garden, TL tube lights, some old gym machines, etc, etc. If you like this, fine but for the price they charge and based on the pictures I was expecting a more modern hotel.
Second, the hotel really has a problem with hygiene. I found hairs of the cleaning staff (I don’t have long hair) in my bed, in the bathtub and on the floor. On one day, a french fry fell on the floor of my room and it was still there 24h laters. I saw dust in corners, splashes on walls, a green stripe of algae in the swimming pool etc. This is unacceptable.
Third, the catering is pretty dreadful for its price. The restaurants are soulless and basically al serve the same international dishes at steep prices. The drinks near the pool are unsophisticated and expensive. For example, a cuba libre was just rum, some lemon syrup and coke from the dispenser. Student parties do better.

The bed was incredibly comfortable; the staff were very friendly and attentive; there were multiple pools, sun loungers and bars so it never felt crowded; the breakfast variety was substantial (and there's also a separate Cypriot breakfast room which has a smaller selection but is much less crowded to sit in); the gym and spa facilities were fab (we had massages at the end of the trip which were a great extra treat); the air conditioning throughout the hotel and in the rooms was powerful and welcome; the poolside restaurant for lunches was fantastic, really good pizzas and amazing gyros; the bar menus are also extensive and very reasonably priced.
The hotel coffee was awful; the pontoon into the sea was a bit rickety and the rolling bridge onto it was very unstable (at one point it rolled onto my foot which was extremely painful) so care is needed; there were multiple signs in the room encouraging us to reuse all our towels which we tried to do but they were still replaced every day which is good service but a bit inconsistent!
As a note: the hotel is also quite far from the harbour where the majority of bars and restaurants are and Bolt services during peak times are quite inconsistent, so if you want to branch out from the hotel restaurants and have dinner there you will need to walk there (approx twenty minutes, which isn't awful but is worth noting especially if it's hot) or book a taxi in advance.

The staff was absolutely incredible, from the restaurant team and housekeeping to the reception and entertainment team, especially the wonderful Ada and Abiel.
We truly felt that they cared about us and wanted us to have the best experience. We received such a warm welcome when we arrived, and every request we had was handled quickly and with a smile.
The gym is excellent, with a Pilates reformer and great equipment. There are also two beautiful pools, and the hotel itself is very large, impressive, and well-maintained.
And the food… absolutely delicious! 😍
The hotel is adults-only, but this absolutely does not take away from the atmosphere. Everything is peaceful and quiet, and all the guests we met were lovely, polite, and respectful.
We had such a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back soon!

The only minor downside was that there isn’t very easy access to the sea because of the rocks, but this really wasn’t an issue for us since the entire coastline in the area is like this.

Очень красивый и чистый отель. Персонал превосходный. Каждый вечер живая музыка в барах. Отличный коктейль-бар Нектар. Ежедневная уборка номеров. Красивые виды с балкона. Большой выбор надувных плав средств у бассейна. Две горки у бассейна. Множество мелких магазинов рядом с отелем.
Меню однообразное, не было морепродуктов. "салаты" странные и одни и те же лежат по несколько дней. В большом бассейне и бассейнах у горок вода плохо фильтруется или вообще не фильтруется. это особенно заметно по утрам с балконов номеров. Пляжа практически нет, есть два понтонных мостика 20 м в море на глубину. С берега в войти в море не возможно. Для людей с ограниченными возможностями и детей доступа в море нет. В баре «Гелиос» пить кофейные и молочные напитки невозможно. Вечером нет веселой анимации и развлечений для детей.
