I consider the stay very successful; my wife and I felt very good at this hotel.
Pros:

Professional and very friendly staff and hotel service. Delicious meals, a wide variety of dishes. Everything is close: beach, pools, bars, etc.
I wanted to thank you once again for the champagne and the gift on the occasion of our wedding anniversary.

For the price, this hotel offered a good experience
Pros:

- Breakfast fulfilled our needs. It included omelets / eggs on order which were great!
- The room itself includes most amenities you may need (Espresso machine, mini bar etc)
- The water in the shower were very hot and the water pressure was great as well.
- Balcony looking towards the beach was fantastic and the view is incredible!
- Most of the staff were super kind!
- We were offered a late checkout (for an additional price) which was also very helpful considering our flight was delayed.

Thank you to the lovely staff!

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable - it was way too soft, and had "holes" which left us wanting (also true for the pillows).
The room was not as clean as we would have hoped.

We've received a few mixed messages from the staff - we've initially asked and received confirmation regarding taking our cup of coffee with us to the smoking area by the pool, but two days later we were told this isn't allowed - no harm no foul, but you can say this is not allowed on day one which will help avoid confusion.
We've also ordered from the poolside bar twice, and here we also received mixed signals - the first time, we took a salad and a sandwich, and the waitress offered to help me carry this towards our spot by the pool. The next day we've ordered two hotdogs, and were told (after payment) that I can't take it to the pool - in fact they said "just tell your wife to come here" which was very surprising to me.

We would have done whatever the rules allow for - but if they are not clear, we will not be able to follow them or understand the inconsistency.

The pricing of the soft drink in the pool bar (3 Euros for a 200ml glass of Coke Zero) is really surprising - everything else felt more reasonably priced but that specific purchase felt like I was being taken advantage of.

Quality and quiet hotel for ages 16 and up
Pros:

The hotel is very nice, it has outdoor pools, but they are still cold in April. The positive is the warm indoor pool. The beach was not maintained and the access to the sea is not nice, the pontoon bridge is broken. However, there are places within sight of the hotel where you could comfortably enter the sea. The staff is very pleasant and the services are of high quality
Breakfast and dinner are rich. I would love to come back here.

A great time and will definitely return.
Pros:

The food was very good - breakfast was excellent. The animation team and kids club staff were all great, as well as the lifeguards. The evening entertainment was varied and the option to have two separate spaces with family friendly entertainment in one room and more grown-up entertainment in another space was a great touch.

The daily activities were also on offer and kept the children busy.

Cons:

The room could have space to store suitcases as this was a bit limited.
