Amazing beautiful property. Top of the line for the area. 6 star property!! Had an amazing lounge. One of the best in the world with amazing views and food was just outstanding. Also had great restaurants in the hotel and a great rooftop restaurant the peak. Amazing views!

Pros:

The location was perfect for some shopping but I was really just hoping to get some R&R and the room was perfect for that. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Great selection and everything cooked to perfection.

A great experience, and I will come again.
Pros:

The room was almost perfect, with truly stunning views, and the staff were very friendly. The internet was good almost all the time, and I was able to work remotely.

Cons:

The service was excellent, but one thing surprised me.
Why was the Peak restaurant staff’s evening meeting held downstairs near the elevators, where all hotel guests pass on their way to their rooms, before the restaurant opened?
In such a fine hotel, I would expect there to be a proper meeting room.
The staff were speaking loudly about customers’ language skills and accents, which felt inappropriate to hear as a guest. The breakfast was mostly a big mess.
There was no information anywhere about how long the eggs were cooked.
I don’t understand the point of the whole breakfast, as everything was spread out in different places.
If breakfast is not included in the price, don’t go.
