An Absolute Masterpiece of a Stay Simply Perfection!
If I could give this hotel ten stars, I would in a heartbeat. From the moment we arrived for our anniversary, we were treated to an unparalleled level of hospitality that turned a great trip into an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a breathtaking corner suite on the 38th floor, offering panoramic views that were worth the price of admission alone. The room was immaculately clean, and the daily housekeeping was flawless, always leaving us with fresh linens and a generous supply of free bottled water every single day. They even went out of their way to include some incredibly thoughtful touches that made our anniversary celebration feel truly special. After a week here, my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.
The dining and entertainment completely blew us away. The daily breakfast buffet is a culinary marvel, covering practically every national cuisine you could dream of. I never expected to become someone who craves miso soup first thing in the morning, but their execution was so authentic and delicious that it became my daily staple! After long, exhausting days out touring the vibrant streets of Manila, there was nothing better than returning to the hotel and being greeted by incredible live music playing in the lobby every single night. It was the perfect, sophisticated oasis to unwind and reflect on our day. If you are looking for world-class service, pristine luxury, and an experience that gets every single detail right, look no further. We will absolutely be back!

Maybe overpriced coffee and breakfast. Buffet is good, but don’t need it daily. Cheaper and better options in walking distance from hotel.
Pillows are not good, bring your own.

Das höchste Hotel in Manila! Unser Zimmer lag in der 51.Etage, hatte eine schöne Aussicht und war in einem sauberen Zustand. Mitten im populären BGC und zur UptownMall ein Katzensprung. Das Personal im THE PEAK, des HOUSEKEEPINGS, die Fahrer beim PICK-UP und DROP-OFF, sowie die Herren vom GEPÄCKSERVICE, waren sehr freundlich und lobenswert!
Der Zugang zum Pool ist von Sonntag bis Donnerstag nur bis 20:00 Uhr möglich.
Vom Frühstücksbuffet haben wir mehr erwartet. Zwischen dem GrandHyatt Manila und booking . com scheint es leider zu Mißverständnissen gekommen zu sein. Als wir für uns 3 mit Altersangaben buchten hieß es FRÜHSTÜCK INKLUSIVE, am Empfang zum Frühstück hieß es IHR KIND IST NICHT INKLUSIVE. Beim Warten auf ein Taxi wurden wir von einer erhöhten Sitzmöglichkeit (rechts in der Lobby) regelrecht weggejagt, ein völliges NO GO! Das WC hatte keine Säuberungsmöglichkeit, weder eine Klobürste noch die asiatische Handbrause. Das Extrabett wurde unbedacht und unvorteilhaft ins Zimmer gestellt, sodass es unglaublich eng war. Es hätten dafür gerne ein paar Möbelstücke rausgeräumt werden können, schade.
