Pros:

Modern, curat, într-o zona foarte faina si liniștita. Personalul foarte amabil si mereu dispus sa ajute. Hotelul este la 5 min de telescaunul cascada cailor si cam la jumate de ora de Mocănița (Viseul de sus).

Pros:

Plusuri pentru viitor, mie mi se par binevenite la stelele pe care le are hotelul:
[ ] Camera
- E gresie pe jos, bine ar fi macar niste slapi
- In baie de pus betisoare, periuta de dinti
- Sa fie halat, nu conteaza ca mergi la spa sau nu
- Vorbesc de camera de langa cea tehnica: prea putin izolata, se aude tot ce se intampla acolo: masina de spalat/uscat. Solutie: schimbarea usii de la intrare in camera ar face diferenta (asta daca vrei sa stai in liniste)
- Regulamentul afisat pe hol spune: fara produse din afara hotelului; dar minibar inexistent in camera; plus doua pahare sunt puse in camera, dar pentru ce? produse din afara nu ai voie, in camera nu e pus nimic; nu spun ca nu am avut cu mine nimic si nu am consumat, dar se bat cap in cap regulamentul cu ce ofera hotelul
- 2 paturi ar trebui sa fie 2 perne, nu conteaza ca e o singura persoana cazata; pernele foarte moi
- Ar trebui plase la geamuri sa poti tine deschis usa/geamul la baie fara sa te feresti de insecte; Sistemul de aer conditionat parea montat, cel putin panoul de comanda sau termostatul arata asta, dar nu cred ca functiona sau era doar pentru caldura, pe timp de iarna

- mic dejun a la cart, foarte frumos aranjat si bun dar painea aia ce vine pe langa, nu are ce cauta acolo, strica tot; ori pui ceva chifle sau paine de casa ori daca chiar se respecta: croissant cu unt

PAREREA MEA: stiu ca majoritatea celor scrise mai sus sunt mici detalii sau mofturi pentru unii, dar sunt îmbunătățiri bine venite; o spun ca unul care am umblat macar prin Romania destul de mult; De altfel am dat nota maxima la toate aspectele din recenzie. 🙂

Clean , welcoming
Pros:

Traveling back from the UK to my hometown, I found this to be just the right place to stay in Borșa. Even though we were delayed by heavy traffic, the staff safely left a key outside our room so we could gain access. Hopefully, next time we can arrive on time to experience the property fully. The breakfast was really nice, and the staff accommodated us incredibly well.
