Sejur excelent – vom reveni cu drag!
Pros:

Am avut o experiență minunată la acest hotel și am fost foarte mulțumită de alegerea făcută. Locația este excelentă, foarte aproape de pârtia de schi, ceea ce a fost un mare avantaj pentru noi. Restaurantul hotelului este foarte bun, cu mâncare gustoasă și servire promptă.
Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent, mereu dornic să ne ajute cu orice aveam nevoie. Camerele au fost curate, îngrijite și foarte calde, chiar dacă pe jos era gresie, lucru care nu ne-a creat niciun disconfort.
Deși am rezervat cazarea doar pentru 3 zile, ne-ar fi plăcut să prelungim sejurul cu încă 2 zile. Din păcate, din cauza unui eveniment neprevăzut, a trebuit să ne întoarcem acasă și am rămas doar perioada planificată inițial.
Cu siguranță vom reveni cu mare drag! Recomandăm acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc un sejur reușit la munte.

cleanliness, staff, fine dinning at the restaurant, interior design, WiFi quality

Cons:

The room I got was quite noisy during the day and evening because of the technical room nearby and the kitchen hose outside too close to the balcony. Also shared space of the floor used by other guests even during quite hours (after 10:00 PM).
Hot water sets on the lower limit for my comfort zone.

Comfortable stay for a skiing trip with the benefit of saunas for evening relaxation

Good location, good spa though you need to book your slot. Free parking on site.
