Huge room. Good view. Nice staff.
We picked this hotel to stay the night before a Halong bay cruise, but should have served Halong Bay altogether. We seemed to be the only people there in a vast hotel. The pool was huge, but the sun beds around it were mouldy. Everything felt worn and shabby. The TV was blurry. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere near deserted holiday ghost town so difficult to find any shops or good places to eat. The view was amazing but the nightclub on the beach started its laser show and thumping house music until 4am making it impossible to sleep - even with earplugs.

Overnight stay before a cruise. The views over Halong Bay were stunning from our 10th floor room. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Strangely very few people in the hotel
Nothing, it was a good stay
This hotel was amazing, the team that takes care of the hotel and visitors made the stay, special mention to the restaurant employees that looked after us for the stay, and the garden employees that welcomed with a smile and hello. The reception team also helped with arrangements.
Pool could have been a bit warmer.

Nhân viên sảnh vô cùng hữu ích và thân thiện, luôn phản hồi ngay lập tức. Phòng rộng, sạch sẽ, bữa sáng đa dạng, đồ ăn tươi ngon. Bar ở tầng dưới tuy không mở muộn nhưng bạn có thể tận hưởng không khí trong lành, dễ chịu ở đó cùng gia đình vào buổi tối. Lễ tân đã giới thiệu tour ra vịnh siêu xịn sò, đáng giá.
Nhân viên online trả lời tin nhắn rất chậm, phải gọi điện và thúc giục. Tivi quá tệ, không thể xem ở cả 2 phòng, chúng cần được thay mới. Sữa tắm, dầu gội quá hạn chế😂. Cần bổ sung thêm dầu xả, body lotion hoặc hand cream cho khách. Hồ bơi có quá nhiều hoá chất khiến e bé nhà chúng tôi bị sốc mùi.
The hotel has a great location and the staff are very kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Some facilities could be improved, but overall it was still a pleasant stay.

バスタブがあり、清潔で快適に過ごせた。
市場で買ったフルーツをレストランでカットしてくれた。このように、サービスやスタッフの対応は非常に良かった。
海沿いにあるバーからの音楽が大音量で、夜中12時まで続いた。恐らく近隣の、他のホテルでも同じような状況で、あのようなバーの営業を許しているハロン湾の環境問題だとも思った。
また、観光施設のあるセンターからは少し離れていた。
それ以外はとても良く、スタッフの対応等

Good hotel and friendly staff
Big room, lots of mirrors, high ceilings.
Empty hotel like this feels creepy. It is located far from all shops and restaurants. The worst was the AC, it was too hot to sleep comfortably. It is controlled centrally, I asked twice to fix it, every time they did it better, but still the minimum we got was 24.5 degrees.
