Pros:

海側の部屋でハロン湾を見渡せ、最高だった。
バスタブがあり、清潔で快適に過ごせた。
市場で買ったフルーツをレストランでカットしてくれた。このように、サービスやスタッフの対応は非常に良かった。

Cons:

海沿いにあるバーからの音楽が大音量で、夜中12時まで続いた。恐らく近隣の、他のホテルでも同じような状況で、あのようなバーの営業を許しているハロン湾の環境問題だとも思った。
また、観光施設のあるセンターからは少し離れていた。
それ以外はとても良く、スタッフの対応等

Good price for being alone in large hotel

Big room, lots of mirrors, high ceilings.

Cons:

Empty hotel like this feels creepy. It is located far from all shops and restaurants. The worst was the AC, it was too hot to sleep comfortably. It is controlled centrally, I asked twice to fix it, every time they did it better, but still the minimum we got was 24.5 degrees.

Ens van donar un upgrade d’habitació gratis a l’arribar. L’hotel és increible i les habitacions son genials. Vam fer el check-in a mes 3am i no va haver-hi cap problema! Un servei de 10.

Que du bonheur ❤️ un personnel au petit soins !

La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la literie, la salle de sport, les attentions du personnel bref tout était parfait.
Nous sommes un couple qui vadrouille en sac à dos et on c'est fait un énorme plaisir en prenant cet hôtel 5 étoiles pour mon anniversaire sans aucun regret, c'était somptueux.

Cons:

J'ai tout apprécié ! Il faudrait surtout moderniser un peu les chambres ( la télé à une qualité horrible et n'est pas connecté à internet ). La boîte de nuit plus loin est aussi très bruyante pour celui qui cherche le silence mais sinon c'était parfait du début à la fin !

Cons:

Будьте аккуратны, из-за музыки из клуба с пляжа до 2 часов ночи спать просто невозможно. Ужаснейший завтрак для 5*. Холодный бассейн. Ну и в принципе пошарпанный возрастной отель со всеми вытекающими запахами и т.п.
