Všetko bolo perfektné, ak sme mali s niečím problém Ellen to všetko promtne vyriešila. Personál bol úžasný, priateľský, snažili sa nám vo všetkom vyhovieť. Poloha skvelá v tichej oblasti. K dispozícii sme mali bicykle (boli v cene pobytu), takže presúvanie sa po ostrove nebol žiadny problém.

Moji prijatelji i ja smo odseli 2 noci u vili The Haven i bilo je prelepo.Sobe su prelepe,bazen je odličan,celo imanje je predivno.Gazdarica je veoma ljubazna,pomogla nam je u svemu.Dorucak je odličan,služe vam ga ujutru kada vi hoćete,u dvorištu ispred sobe.Ostrvo je prelepo,za mene je to ostrvo sreće,vratila bih se ponovo, na više dana,zaista je savrseno❤️

All I can say is WOW!!!! Firstly, it’s not in the busy strip but it’s a short walk from the trendy beach bars and clubs. Ellen and her team are superheroes. Every detail is perfectly executed and with such finesse. Communication was clear and responses were quick. We were sick with a touch of Bali belly for 24 hours and Ellen sorted out meds for us both. She is a real gem, cannot praise her enough. She gave us all the best spots and times to go somewhere. They have bicycles available for hire at great prices. The pool was fantastic! There was shade so that even though we sat there having drinks…we always had shade. Everything was so clean, comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was awesome! I tried three of the four options and they were all delicious. There are many many bars and restos in close proximity as the establishment does not have its own restaurant. Lastly, they have a mini bar and snacks that are very affordable (in case you have a late night craving). Honestly, nothing was too big or too much effort for Ellen and her team. Thank you for treating us so well.

I had a comfortable stay . The location is quiet and relaxing, yet still convenient to reach the main areas of the island.

The room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Staff were polite and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth.

Overall, a calm and pleasant place to stay. I would consider staying here again.

Had an AMAZING stay here. Myself and my partner stayed over Christmas. Ellen and her staff were amazing, so so helpful. Anything you need, they will help with. Rooms are lovely, the bathroom is stunning. Nice big pool. Bicycle hire is available just across the road and very very well priced. Ellen provided snorkels for a very good price too. The hotel is in a great location. Having breakfast arrive to your room in the mornings was such a lovely bonus. They even added some Nutella to my continental breakfast when we asked for it! 10/10 stay.

The Haven est un petit coin de paradis avec un rapport qualité-prix imbattable! C’était notre troisième fois à Gili Trawangan, et nous avons adoré ce logement. Sa tranquillité est indéniable! Pas de mosquées, d’animaux ou de bars aux alentours. Les équipements sont en parfait états (salle de bain, literie, etc.). Notre séjour a été très réussi grâce à Ellen, notre hôte incroyable, toujours au petit soin, très arrangeante et super réactive. Nous avons passé un séjour impeccable! Merci Ellen, à bientôt 🥰

I was in a villa with a pool and it was fabulous . The room is enormous and the pool was huge . The bathroom is open to the air but I liked that .

Everything was perfect:
- The staff : especially Ellen was amazing, super friendly and professional
- The location : a few minutes away from the noisy and party area of the island, this hotel is an oasis of calmness and relaxation
- The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious.
- The terrace gives to the pool and has a beautiful couch and table where to relax and take your breakfast.
- The pool is a nice plus
- The facilities (water kettle, A/C, smart TV and WiFi) work perfectly.
-Although small, the breakfast is freshly made and tasty. And it is served to you on your terrace.

Boendet var väldigt trevligt och fint rum med pool precis utanför dörren! Ellen är supersnäll och vänlig och hjälpte till med allt möjligt!
