服务人员很亲切。早餐虽然很简单但是都是每天新鲜现做。
Wi-fi需要改进，虽然酒店有好几个Wi-Fi但是信号总是差点。房间隔音略差。

La calefacción, no llegaba a calentar la habitación.

L'accueil a été super, très gentil et le personnel est très arrangeant.
Je suis arrivé tôt le matin. Ils m'ont proposé de prendre le petit déjeuner gratuitement.
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais excellent avec des spécialités turques succulentes.

Este chiar în centrul orașului Goreme, cu o priveliște minunată. Camere destul de micuțe dar f curate. Recomand!

Está en pleno corazón del pueblo
Tuve muchos problemas con el check in, yo había hablado para comentar que llegaría temprano Pero al momento de llegar nadie estaba ahí. Pasé dos horas en medio de la oscuridad y el frío esperando a que alguien llegara, su teléfono no funcionaba, tampoco las redes de wifi que tienen ahí exhibidas con las contraseñas, llamé incesantemente a la puerta. Nadie vino jamás. El cielo aclaró y sólo porque llegó la mujer que sirve el desayune pude entrar, no conforme con haberme hecho esto me pidieron pagar de más el check in temprano, no era que tuvieran todo ocupado y harían un esfuerzo por mi. No, de hecho la habitación estaba desocupada y sólo vieron la oportunidad de hacerme pagar más dinero, una falta de todo! Ni siquiera por vergüenza ni como una forma de compensación, al contrario, súper oportunista.
Así mismo al día siguiente del check out a propósito también me demoré y también querían hacerme pagar adicional, están un poco pasados de todo !
Se nota que no hay comunicación entre los empleados de los diferentes turnos, un desastre total.
Además el desayuno era realmente ultra básico y súper frío por no decir congelado.
No, jamás volvería a este lugar, los empleados realmente no son impertinentes ni malas personas, Pero no están preparados para darle atención al cliente ni hablan inglés ni nada !
Nunca le recomendaría este sitio a nadie.

our room was next to a common area, so there was little natural light, and could be noisy at times.
Мне понравилась круглосуточная стойка регистрации, мы приехали в 22:00.
Отель чистый, классное место для отдыха на крыше, которым можно пользоваться.
Удобное расположение.
В нашем номере было холодно.
Мы несколько раз просили включить батарею, но сильно теплее не стало.
Поэтому спасли в тёплых пижамах и толстых носках.
В номере нет чайника и холодильника.
А так же у нас была двуспальная кровать и всего одна прикроватная тумбочка (неудобно что не положить телефон и другие мелочи с двух сторон от кровати). Не продуманно расположение розеток - не поставить 2 телефона на зарядку
На завтрак был очень маленький выбор блюд.
Хотелось съесть омлет (или что-то горячее с утра), но были только варёные яйца.
Во второй день нашего проживания мы пришли на завтрак позже, и некоторые позиции уже закончились🙈
В душе течёт шланг от душевой лейки.
Грязная вытяжка в туалете.
В день нашего прибывания у нас не оказалось шампуня, только 2 геля для душа. На следующий день просили дополнительно.
Мы снимали семьёй 2 номера - во втором номере не было туалетной бумаги и вешалок в шкафу - мы принесли 1 рулон и пару вешалок из своего номера.
Такие мелочи портят общее впечатление и создают ощущение что нас не ждали тут.
Так как я уже девятый раз приезжаю в Каппадокию за последние 2 года и всегда останавливаюсь в разных отелях, мне есть с чем сравнивать.

酒店就在格雷梅小镇镇中心，位置非常好，如果运气好赶上天气不错飞热气球的时候，可以在楼顶看到热气球，并且还会从头顶飞过，价格实惠，早餐属于能吃但是不能要求太多，总体超出预期，很不错的酒店

Hay una ventana sobre la puerta que no se puede tapar y entra luz del sol y de las lámparas de iluminación del hotel. Se escucha la música que hay fuera hasta altas horas de la noche. El personal de recepción me “reservó” un vuelo en globo que debía pagar cuando llegara. Cuando llegué fui a pagar el vuelo en globo y me dijo que ya no había disponibilidad, dejándome tirado
Chambre spacieuse, confortable, propre et correctement chauffée. Hôtel magnifique, très jolie vue depuis le toit terrasse et personnel aimable qui nous a laissé stocker nos bagages avant le check in.
Salle de bain petite. Petit déjeuner manquant de produits frais et imposé le deuxième jour. Environnement bruyant : restaurants et mosquée
La ubicación es muy buena y la atención del personal.
No hay mesa de noche junto a la cama por lo que no hay lámpara ni tampoco tomacorriente cercano para cargar el celular.
No hay pequeña mesa, ni jarra para agua caliente, ni café o te de cortesía y tampoco hay frigobar.
La señal de wifi es bastante pobre.
Hasta aproximadamente la medianoche es muy muy ruidoso por la música y canto de locales cercanos.
