Perfekter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Alles war super. Wir haben uns total willkommen gefühlt. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war sehr nett. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Duschen funktionieren gut. Das Frühstück ist frisch und lecker. Die Lage ist sowieso perfekt. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder. Jeder einzelne von uns hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank

酒店很方便，工作人员都很亲切

服务人员很亲切。早餐虽然很简单但是都是每天新鲜现做。

Cons:

Wi-fi需要改进，虽然酒店有好几个Wi-Fi但是信号总是差点。房间隔音略差。

La meilleure adresse sans aucun doute à Goreme :)
L'accueil a été super, très gentil et le personnel est très arrangeant.
Je suis arrivé tôt le matin. Ils m'ont proposé de prendre le petit déjeuner gratuitement.
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais excellent avec des spécialités turques succulentes.
Belle terrasse !

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!!!

Está en pleno corazón del pueblo

Tuve muchos problemas con el check in, yo había hablado para comentar que llegaría temprano Pero al momento de llegar nadie estaba ahí. Pasé dos horas en medio de la oscuridad y el frío esperando a que alguien llegara, su teléfono no funcionaba, tampoco las redes de wifi que tienen ahí exhibidas con las contraseñas, llamé incesantemente a la puerta. Nadie vino jamás. El cielo aclaró y sólo porque llegó la mujer que sirve el desayune pude entrar, no conforme con haberme hecho esto me pidieron pagar de más el check in temprano, no era que tuvieran todo ocupado y harían un esfuerzo por mi. No, de hecho la habitación estaba desocupada y sólo vieron la oportunidad de hacerme pagar más dinero, una falta de todo! Ni siquiera por vergüenza ni como una forma de compensación, al contrario, súper oportunista.
Así mismo al día siguiente del check out a propósito también me demoré y también querían hacerme pagar adicional, están un poco pasados de todo !
Se nota que no hay comunicación entre los empleados de los diferentes turnos, un desastre total.
Además el desayuno era realmente ultra básico y súper frío por no decir congelado.
No, jamás volvería a este lugar, los empleados realmente no son impertinentes ni malas personas, Pero no están preparados para darle atención al cliente ni hablan inglés ni nada !
Nunca le recomendaría este sitio a nadie.
