Very unpleasant.
Pros:

Not maintained well. Rooms not having clean sheets or pillows.

Cons:

We had check in at 12 pm but we arrived next day at 4 am. Our checkout was next day at 12 pm. When we arrived, they said room is ready. But we saw that the pillows and bedsheets were not clean at all. We asked them to change it and left for Mandir. Upon coming back from Mandir, we saw that it was still dirty. When we asked them, they said all their laundry is given for wash. Is this fair??? And when I asked him to put on clean sheets, the staff were very unfriendly and uncooperative.
How can a hotel say that they don’t have clean sheets? I tried calling the main reception person and he started ignoring my calls. I texted on WhatsApp and no response to that either.

Overall its good.
Pros:

The only positive was, hotel is much near to Shri Mandir, it walkable distance.
The hotels are near by for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Cons:

The area where hotel is located is quite not that clean, and I was expecting the car parking from hotel, but I had to pay for 24 hrs for private car parking, that was additional burden on cost.
For aged family member, its quite difficult, because of the stair cases and no lift in the building. And just they need to improve the hot water availability and its timing.
