It was available and very convenient for the event near by the Central Park 😀
The room had a odor when I arrived but after the ac was on I didn't smell it anymore. I don't know what it was it was an affordable room.

Water pressure of shower was ok, on the toilet not too much. Some improvements can be done in the bathroom and furniture.

Great location in heart of downtown and 1 block from the beach . Very affordable, nothing fancy but location made up for it
No one there at check in,. 1530 and no one in office. Had to come back an hour later and go into a laundry room and someone was there.
Also no sleeping in, they were remodeling a room starting at 730 am, lots of noise
I stayed 4 nights. my towel and toilet paper and garbage and room was not replenished or cleaned throughout my stay.
I literally booked the lowest price I could find at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised by a hot shower with good pressure, comfortable beds, and a convenient walk to almost anywhere! The staff was delightfully warm and friendly as well.
It could have been cleaner, but it was better than expected for the value.

The location was the only thing good about this hotel.
Wifi quality was poor at times and wasn't even working. We extended our stay one extra night, and the hotel manager came to collect knocking on the door at 11 pm, extremely rude and unconsidarate. There wasn't any hot water, nor cable. Spend the additional $20 to stay somewhere else.
