Comfortable Stay
Pros:

This is my 5th stay in this hotel and I keep coming back just for the comfortable stay provided by this hotel - in all aspects like cleanliness, Neat rooms, Nice locality. The staff are extremely cordial always available to help the guests. The front office executives Krishna, Deepa and Manikandan are doing an impressive work always on their toes to attend to guests. They make the guests feel at home always.

Cons:

I have mentioned this in the previous reviews also. Breakfast quality can be improved. Currently the hotel buys it from outside from a local hotel in the neighbourhood. Everyday it is the same items and served cold, Since the hotel has its own kitchen I think the Hotel Management can think of preparing breakfast in their own premised offering some variety and serve them in the cafe area or roof top in buffet style, Else they can drop the idea of free breakfast and pass the discount to the guests. It is not correct to force the guests to eat the same items everyday in the name or Free Breakfast, A suggestion for the Management to ponder.

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Overall Good. Friendly Staff always ready to help.

Cons:

Hotel is understaffed. The security person an old aged person is used as room help. Complimentary breakfast is bought by hotel from outside and by the time it is served to the guests it becomes cold. It will be better if they heat it on micro oven and serve it to guests hot.
