Pros:

Отличное расположение. Большой, двухкомнатный номер (после бесплатного апгрейд). Хороший завтрак. Приветливый персонал
Несмотря на отсутствие бронирования парковки (такое условие отеля) заранее, свободных мест на парковке было немало. Парковка платная.

Cons:

Малый выбор сыров и выпечки для отеля такого уровня.

Pros:

Mi-a plăcut totul , amabilitatea de la receptie , servirea la bar si restuarant , mic-dejun extrem de bun , iar seara am servit un ton delicios preparat, parcare subterană, hotel curat si liniște deplină, m-am odihnit excelent

Cons:

Curățenia în cameră pe alocuri lasa de dorit, praf si chiar pete pe noptiere, aparatul de cafea din cameră murdar , a doua zi s-au schimbat prosoapele dar am primit doar un set desi era clar ca suntem două persoane , in baie cosul de gunoi murdar cu pete , per ansamblu nu se pune accentul pe detalii ceea ce e păcat ca in rest hotelul e de nota 10

It was so good I would choose to stay there again.
Pros:

Great location. Lovely spacious hotel. Good restaurant. Could do with a slightly wider selection of mains.

All of the staff I met from reception on were lovely people. The service was good and the staff were so amenable I was inclined to return to the hotel for a meal rather than go to the restaurants in the old town which I found less personable.

Convenient, comfortable and great personalised service.

Personal foarte amabil, cu solutii pentru toate problemele/solicitarile noastre.

Cons:

Dușul. Fie nu am înțeles noi instrucțiunile, fie a avut dușul o problemă, dar nu stăea pornit. Am făcut duș combinat: duș cu robinet. E drept, nici nu am semnalat personalului această problemă fiindcă pentru noi nu a fost atât de grav. Ne-am descurcat așa. În rest..am fost foarte mulțumiți.
