Note 10 plus
Pros:

Am primit camera noastra preferata de la ultimul etaj si cu vedere la centrul vechi si am fost surprinsi in mod placut cu o mica gustare de nuci, fructe confiate si ciocolata de casa, multumim Ramada! Micul dejun foarte gustos iar personalul extrem de amabil ca intotdeaua, am inceput sa ne simtim acasa la Ramada.

Pros:

Hotelul este poziționat la 3 minute de mers pe jos de centrul vechi. Micul dejun foarte variat și cu produse proaspete. Cameră foarte mare si curată. Patul foarte odihnitor. Personalul super profesionist. Faptul că în fiecare zi găseam în cameră o sticlă cu apă proaspătă a ajutat foarte mult.

Cons:

In ultima zi, după curățenia din cameră ne-am trezit că menajera uitase să pună două prosoape de baie. Am sesizat problema mult prea tarziu ca să o putem semnala la recepție așa că a trebuit să ne descurcăm cu un singur prosop.

The cleaning personnel should pay more attention to details: after cleaning the room we remained with only one big towel; the recipient with shower gel at bathtub was empty...

Pros:

Location is ok.

Cons:

Hotel advertises parking, but only has a few places, allways full.
Note that public parking in Sibiu is managed in such a way that you can get a ticket even if you pay (at 8:00:01) !!!!!
Moreover, the ramp in front for getting the luggage in and out is not usable (blocked).
Imagine carrying your luggage on the streets, hundreds of meters (or more, depending on the public parking found) and no help whatsover from the staff. All that in a 4-star (?????) hotel.

Top von A-Z, genau so stelle ich mir das perfekte Hotel vor
Pros:

Lage nahe der Altstadt sehr gut, Preis / Leistung top, Personal sehr freundlich und professionell, Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und fein, hatte Zimmer im 12. Stock, Aussicht beim Hochfahren mit dem Lift sensationell, Zimmer sehr schön, ruhig, komfortabel eingerichtet und sauber, das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert, besser geht kaum.
