Friendly vibe and location in main tourist part of city
The hotel was a great value for the price. The rooms were spacious with good bathroom/water pressure in the shower. My room overlooked the street so I had good natural light as well. The breakfast had quite a few different savoury and sweet options which was nice.

the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing top-notch customer service. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, Additionally, the location was ideal. Overall, the ambiance and the amenities really contributed to an enjoyable experience.
Just a few drawbacks. There was a subtle, lingering smell from the bathroom that seemed to stem from the sewage system, which could occasionally be quite strong smell even with the bathroom door was closed, although the smell went away quickly. Additionally, the vibrant nightlife in the area meant loud music from nearby nightclubs. However, this might not be an issue for those looking for a lively atmosphere or for deep sleepers like myself.
Excellent hotel, the staff is very friendly, helped with absolutely everything, the rooms are spacious and most importantly clean, the breakfast was very tasty and varied.

The room was in the basement! Which was impossible to deduce by the description or photos. At least I couldn't.

Didn't have enough space in our place for breakfast, so we had to go to another hotel opposite ours. It was also in the basement!!!

The hosts helped us to find a taxi. Though.. It was definitely not of the goodness of their hearts. But for a good pay.

The reception area is cramped, breakfast was atrocious, noise can be too much both from the nearby bars and neighbouring rooms, the toilet and cabin need to be repaired as there was smell and water blockage issue

The location of the property was perfect. Everything is close by. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Breakfast was really nice, location too. Also they change towels without requesting. Price is also good, considering breakfast included. But I had higher expectations given the very high rating.
The room could be better. There is not a lot of space between the wall and the bed. The mattress in our room was broken on one side. Also the bathroom does not have a nice smell. Finally there is a lot of noise coming from the street at night, because it is in front of a club. But that's the price to pay when you live in a lively district of Istanbul.
I recommend the hotel as it is just 7 minutes from Taqseem square and 4 minutes from the bus stop that would lead you to almost everywhere. Good for people who want to spend less time at hotel and more outside
the breakfast was limited but for the price ok.
we had the single beds in the basement room. it smells very wet and is damp. there were moths. the some facilities were semi broken
Location and staff are really great. Good breakfast and comfy bed.
The only minus (not because of the hotel and staff) could be the noise cause there are plenty of clubs around.
