The place doesn’t worth 80$.
Pros:

Reception and corridors are clean.

Cons:

The beds are not clean. They don’t have a restaurant to seat and eat breakfast. They shop some foods from the near by supermarket and distribute to rooms and I was not even got breakfast for 2 days and they start the distribution at 8. The staffs are not welcoming and the area is a nightmare with a very high noise. There was not water on my last day.

W ostatnim momencie zostawiłam poinformowany że nie ma miejsca w hotelu o muszę odwołać rezerwację choć była zrobiona dwa miesiące wcześniej. Hotel w ostatniej chwili zostawił mnie na lodzie.

Pros:

Bien situé par rapport à mes activités, cet hotel offre toutes les fonctionnalités qu'on attend d'un établissement 3 étoiles. Chambres spacieuses, lit confortable, salle de bain équipée, propreté, personnel à l'écoute,...
Supermarché à 2 minutes, taxi, moto, 3 pneus à volonté devant l'hôtel qui vous mèneront à toutes destinations à Kinshasa.

Cons:

Comme mentionné dans la plupart des commentaires: le petit déjeuner. L'hotel devrait proposer un repas du matin digne de ce nom car manger un shawarma tiède ou un soso makemba frites à 7h00 du matin n'est pas au goût de tout le monde. Le seul point positif est qu'il est servi directement en chambre, pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas croiser du monde et qui veulent manger seul c'est idéal.
Serait il possible aussi de trouver un système qui permettrait de garder le.frigo alimenté électriquement en permanence? Car dès que l'on retire la carte pour quitter la chambre, le courant se coupe. Et retrouver ses aliments (boissons où autres) chauds le soir lorsque l'on rentre n'est pas agréable.

The room itself was clean, the AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The shower had decent water pressure.

Cons:

There were some issues during our four-day stay. First, the location is not ideal it is incredibly crowded, to the point where you cannot even go outside for a walk. Second, one of the pillowcases was torn The biggest issue was the water. There was no actual hot water, only lukewarm water. Worse, on the morning of our checkout, there was no water in the shower at all. Running out of water is unacceptable; a hotel should always have a backup system. Given these issues, the property felt quite overrated.
